This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. There is a parking lot next to the house and a smoking area in the backyard. Transportation is very convenient, with 4 public transportation stations within a 5-10 minute walk (JR Tenma Station, Nakazakicho Subway Tanimachi Line, Ogimachi Subway Sakaisuji Line, or Tenjinbashisuji 6-chome Station).
