There is a large outdoor fireplace and a shaded patio. On the ground floor of the house is a kitchen with a spacious living room and dining room, an indoor fireplace and a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the marina and the islands. The house is in a quiet area of Sukošan.

Family villa Brzoja in the town of Sukošan, just a few kilometers from the historic city of Zadar, near many beautiful beaches. Air-conditioned, it can accommodate seven guests in four large bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use and the dining room has eight seats. Outside there is a swimming pool with garden furniture and a barbecue area, as well as a children's playground and parking for several vehicles. The pool, house and yard are available for your use only. The pool is cleaned every morning.
