I loved my time at this location! The host Jefferey, was Polite, Friendly, and very accommodating! I spent a total of 8 weeks here. The residence was super clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The kitchen had ample utensils, pots, pans, and everything in between! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, serene place to stay. I would highly recommend Jefferey and this property!!!

Joan's place is one of the best airbnb's I have stayed at. Its gorgeous inside and the view is spectacular of the Delaware River. Everything is within walking distance (provisions, wine, restaurants, art, and shopping!). Parking was easy too. I stayed for a week and wanted for nothing. It felt amazing to drink a glass of wine and watch deer across the river, eagles, and people fishing. I am amazed by how beautifully it was curated. The Proper To Go came recommended and whoa, they had amazing groceries for a night in (you have to get the lemon chicken pot stickers if they have them.....I can't begin to describe how great they are! What an incredible stay with a wonderful host a tap away if you need anything. It made my work trip phenomenal to stay here. I can't wait to return. Thank you Joan!

What a great little studio for a Birthday get away trip to Bethel Woods concerts, etc. Relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake for coffee in the morning or a nightcap after your days activities. 2 restaurants within a 100 yards, the Tap n Table was excellent with really Friendly staff. Must have breakfast at least once at Bethel Market Cafe, the Best! All this less than 15 minutes in any direction. I would like to come back in the Summer to take advantage of the Lake activities. Wonderful stay!

Apartment is clean and, from what I can tell, the appliances, carpet and fixtures are all new. Very clean and organized.

The house and area was exactly what we were looking for when we started planning our time away. Wonderful experience both on the property and region. House was as described/displayed. Annabella was a fantastic host. Whether updating the listing to include a temporary item or helping us to get the door unlocked (this is on us, look with you eyes not your mouth situation). In the future we will keep Annabella in mind when we need to get away from it all for a little while.

Spent a week in a cozy cabin tucked away in the woods, and it was exactly the reset I needed. Peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature—waking up to the sound of birds and falling asleep under the stars felt like a dream. The cabin itself was warm, clean, and had all the essentials. Whether we were sitting by the fire, going on nearby hikes, or just enjoying the view on the porch, every moment felt grounding. No traffic, no stress—just stillness. What an incredible stay! The house was lovely, clean and so open - windows all around to see your surroundings. It was the most peaceful stay and the Neversink river is gorgeous. To go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the river is magic. We would absolutely come back!

Steven was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was well maintained. The kayaks were fun. The outdoor area was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for regarding privacy. All amenities were as described.

Karina’s place was perfect for our family getaway. The spacious home comfortably fit all five of us, and the kids especially loved the large backyard with a creek. The neighborhood was peaceful, with quiet neighbors, and we enjoyed easy access to nearby hiking trails and stunning natural surroundings.
