Holiday rentals with a patio in Sullivan County

Great location, very clean and had all the extras like a sound machine and air purifier. Only thing was the internet wasn’t strong enough to load anything on the tv but that would not keep me from booking the same place again next year for my trip

Leigh Anne's "Pit Stop Paradise" was wonderful!! Right off the bat, it was meticulously clean. All the touches were wonderful -- from the kitchen, the living room area, the bed was SO COMFY! My husband & I were in Bristol for NHRA drag races, and Leigh Anne's location could not have been more perfect for our needs. It is a very short and simple drive to the Bristol Motor Speedway, the Hard Rock Hotel, as well as several really good restaurants (I couldn't recommend Cootie Brown's more!). Her neighborhood is very quiet, which was a nice touch for drinking my morning coffee. Leigh Anne was very sweet with checking in to make sure everything was to our liking, wishing us fun at the racetrack and well wishes on our travels back home at the end of the weekend. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend her home to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay! The space was very clean and the location was wonderful. The view from the deck was beautiful. Another plus is that we were able to pull our pontoon on the shore and leave it for the weekend. Kayla was a phenomenal host - very friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive! Would recommend!

This house was so beautiful and full of character! The place was extremely clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was close to downtown where there are several great restaurants. Janet was easy to get in touch with and super friendly! We loved our stay here and plan to return again!

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. They were very well organized throughout the living arrangements with over the top instructions for everything. Most well put together place I might add. Very nice and attentive couple! Thank you and see you next year hopefully!

This property was outstanding! Everything in the pictures and what was promised was just as it should have been. Would I recommend this property to others - absolutely. I am not sure that there is a better place in Bristol especially for a wedding at the Bristol Virginia trainstation. Very walkable with numerous restaurants within walking distance. If I am in the need in the future this will be my go-to place.

This place was amazing, me and my family stayed for 2 days, great amenities, very clean and comfy, 10/10 on a rating, will definately be back for some more Bristol races and this will be my choice of stay!

The towels were incredibly soft, bed was comfy would rent again for my next work trip! Easy, quiet, ac and fans worked great.

James was an excellent host! He was responsive and always kind. The home was stunning! The main shower was such a highlight for all! We all felt at home and excited to live there for the weekend!

The blue door team and Miranda were wonderful hosts. We love how responsive they were and giving recommendations for places and the donuts and snacks were very much appreciated.I enjoyed that the place was in walking distance to state street and the home is decorated beautifully . The couch is super comfy. We have nothing but great things to say about this place. If I had to pick one thing to say was a negative was that the thermostat went from 70 to 76 at night but that very well could been user error . I would for sure stay here again and loved the space . Everything was great--the room with twin bed had a very squeaky box spring however. The other rooms were perfect and shared bath no issue. Kitchen was excellent

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

As described. Basic but cute and very clean and great for a short stay. Location is close to main Kingsport roads (Stone Drive) where stores and restaurants are located. One bed was very firm but the other slept perfectly. Slight inclined drive with two assigned parking spaces. Easy in and out process!

This was a great place to stay. walking distance from to Bristol Dragway. The property is clean, tidy and very well appointed. The host Paul is very responsive and easy to communicate with. would recommend to others and will stay again.

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. Michael's place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved that the bedrooms each had their own full bathrooms, especially nice since we traveled with another couple. Location was quiet and close to downtown. Definitely would stay here again.
