The house is located among the narrow streets of the historic center of the charming village of Pettorano, amidst the leisurely pace of nature and village life, just a few kilometers from the ski slopes and other villages. The house can only be reached on foot or by minicar, motorcycle, or bicycle. With a private entrance, the unit features a fireplace, a bedroom, and a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. Street-level garage for storing motorcycles, bicycles, and ski equipment. Wi-Fi is working.

Explore Abruzzo & Sulmona whilst experiencing the best of rich village life in a newly restored modern apartment with all mod cons just 10 minutes from the A25 Autostrada. Conveniently located in Prezza, nicknamed the 'Balcony of Abruzzo', the apartment is a light open plan airy space with a well equipped kitchen and sofa bed for guests with children, centrally heated and with air conditioning. There is a modern bathroom with shower cubicle, wifi and US TV channels are available free of use.

Independent flat in the heart of Ortona with double bed, private bathroom, living room, sea-view terraces and free parking. Only two minutes walking to Basilica di San Tommaso, Castello Aragonese, Passeggiata Orientale, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Teatro Vittoria, pedestrian bike path on Costa dei Trabocchi. In few minutes you can get to the best beaches Lido Riccio,Lido Saraceni, natural shore Ripari di Giobbe and Acquabella, Cimitero Canadese, the Harbor of the city and the turistic pier.

Magia d'Estate Apartment

My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

Charming two-room apartment ideal for a couple traveling, or for those who work, on the second floor served by elevator, consisting of fully equipped kitchen with washing machine; bedroom-living room with double bed, 3-seater sofa, TV, desk, ceiling fan. 100 meters from free beach with drinks kiosk and shower; 700 meters from the train station, bus terminal; 300 meters from the local area; central and walking area ("park road"), well served by public transportation

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Ideal for enjoying the summer nightlife of the Riviera and the peace and tranquility of the sea in winter.

Cocoon of Gran Sasso

"O blessed solitude, or only bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Gran Sasso Refuge" was a stable for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted to residential and accommodation use, it found a second life thanks to a wise renovation that, while respecting the context, made use of the latest technologies such as the floor heating system or the ventilated roof structure

You can stay in a delightful penthouse on the second floor of a 1970s building. The environment is well-kept and comfortable with independent entrance. A quiet, welcoming corner to make your stay more pleasant and intimate. Its location in Chieti Scalo is very central: about 1.5 km from the SS Polyclinic. Annunziata and D'Annunzio University.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Adjacent to Villa Comunale. You can park for free in the large spaces below, forget about the car and visit the city on foot 50 meters from the pedestrian area.
