Beautiful, huge house and very cozy. I like how clean the place is. It is definetly how it looks like in the pics provided by the host. Bed and pillows were very comfy and we always had a goodnight sleep. We did hear the neighbours screaming early morning which was disturbing like what the other reviews mentioned about but we understood that this was beyond the host’s control. Will definitely go back and refer to others looking for aurbnb in gensan.

Pearl & Jorick were fantastic hosts! Their unit was exactly as described in the listing. We initially booked for three nights, extended for another seven, and ended up staying for an entire month. Since I work nights, I love cooking for my wife and daughter during the day, and the fully equipped kitchen made it so easy. The bathroom was also very child-friendly—our four-year-old daughter even learned to use the toilet independently because everything was within her reach. The peaceful surroundings provided great privacy, allowing us to fully relax. Even tho the unit is a bit far from Gensan’s city center, sikads and tricycles were always available. We even went out at 3 AM and felt completely safe. A nearby convenience store, internet café, and laundry shop made daily errands hassle-free. Being inside a subdivision was a bonus—our daughter loved playing at the playground, and I enjoyed watching basketball at the covered court. We truly loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

Highly recommended! If you're looking for a place away from the crowd and noise, you must consider this. The place is cute yet perfect. It's also affordable. The host replies to your inquiries immediately. She's also very quick to resolve sudden issues regarding your stay. Thanks!

The aircon unit in one of the rooms does not cool as much given that is looks quite old and may need some maintenance work. Besides that, this house was perfect for our family’s trip. The host was super kind and responsive to my queries. They know their stuff and checking in and out was a breeze. Full kitchen and dining utensils was the unexpected cherry on top of this wonderful unit. Beds, pillows, blankets, and towels were either new or they were kept well. The house was also spotless. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the city!

Booked at Cyril's place for the second time and everything was just so good. Apart from the activities in Lake Sebu, her assistant Rea still was the one who stood out the most. What can I say? She was very responsive, helpful and even went above and beyond. You can't go wrong at their place because not only that Lake Sebu itself is majestic, but the hosts are sublime. I'm not paid to leave comments like these but this place is nothing but absolute satisfaction. Cy, thanks for letting us stay once again. You guys rock!

We had a relaxing stay at Marissa & Wesley’s Coconut Farm. We appreciated their warm hospitality and instantly felt very welcome upon having them pick us up at the airport. This is definitely a great place to disconnect from city life, and get back to the roots of nature. Their staff are all very friendly and accommodating to whatever you need or would like. We had the pleasure to taste some of their farm cooked meals for breakfast/dinner, which were very delicious! While we stayed here we had Wesley and Marissa guide us with a lovely local hike with lunch cooked on an open fire, zip lined the highest Southeast Asian zip line at Lake Sebu-Seven Falls , and did enjoyed some local shopping near by. So whether you’re an avid outdoor enthusiast or just starting out exploring more of the outdoors, THIS is the place to experience it!
