Holiday rentals with a patio in Sultangazi

I had a great stay with no problems at all. The view from the terrace was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. Cem was especially helpful—he kindly let me store my luggage for two days while I traveled to Cappadocia, which made everything so much easier. Overall, they were very cooperative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

It was very nice in the apartment. Great furnishings and everything you need. We felt very comfortable and the hosts were always committed to making the stays as beautiful as possible.

The location in Galata is perfect – just steps away from amazing cafes, local shops, and historical sites. It felt like a true home away from home. Great location - close to the metro station Taksim, to the Havaist bus station (IST airport shuttle), city sights and supermarkets, which is extremely important for independent travellers. Very responsible and kind hosts)

Amazing apartment that was spacious and clean. We absolutely loved having morning coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is also great as it's close to the tram and not touristy (but you can walk to some touristy areas which is also nice). Furkan was helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again.

It is a comfortable apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In a very nice old neighborhood and close to Taksin Square and the port. The neighborhood is very nice. It has air conditioning to enjoy it in summer. It is a third floor without an elevator but with comfortable stairs. Without hesitation, it is an excellent choice for its location, quality and price. The host greeted us personally and was then very active, advising us on things to do in Istanbul during our stay. Magnificent!!!

We spent a extended weekend at Ram's place, everything was good. The location is perfect, the house is a charming hidden gem.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Great Host and great apartment in beautiful place

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

I had a great experience staying at Çağla’s place in Istanbul. The apartment is located in the Fatih district, a charming and historic area with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many key sights. There’s also a parking lot just 100 meters away, which was very convenient. The home was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Çağla was an amazing host — friendly, responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you, Çağla!

Great place to stay! Wonderful location, very close to public transportation, lots to do. Very clean, spacious and roomy apartment. Very comfortable sleeping. The AC was a bonus. Great view from the balcony, very safe building.

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Beyoğlu than this magnificent apartment. Aaron's an attentive host & has stellar taste. Highly recommend staying here!
