The cozy apartment with private entrance (29 square meters) is located in the basement of a new single-family house. A very nice fragrant garden surrounds the house. The kitchen has all small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, juicer, hand mixer, toaster) as well as a stove, oven, fridge/freezer and is well equipped with high-quality dishes. From the adjacent sunny terrace you have a free unique view of the countryside and the Allgäu mountains. Garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol invite you to have breakfast and relax in peace. A flat-screen TV and CD player can be used from the dining area as well as from the sofa or double bed. The separate bathroom (shower, toilet, hair dryer, clothes rack, towels, window) right next to the bed makes the feeling of well-being complete. The entire vacation home is equipped with underfloor heating and linoleum (bathroom tiles). Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In front of the house you can use a parking space free of charge.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Four minutes' walk from the train station, seven minutes' walk from the lively village center, with private garden and stylish décor - pure relaxation. The house is the starting point for hikes and winter sports in the Alpstein, museum visits and forest walks. Everything is easily accessible by Appenzell train or the Rufbus [on-call bus]. My place is close to Bregenzerwald, art and culture, restaurants and food, great views, Lake Constance, bike paths, Nailfluhkette, Nordic Sport Park, Alpsee, Oberstaufen. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the view. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Since our renovation in autumn 2018, our house has received a new facade and a new 30m² terrace for the apartment.

The Franz 2

We would like to welcome you to the new *das Franz*. The new apartments were furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our carpenter Franz has refurbished the old beams of the original farmhouse and, in combination with modern oak wood, has crafted many custom-made pieces of furniture. The stylish, modern furnishings, with lots of real wood and pleasant earth tones, ensure a feel-good atmosphere.

Fantastic farmhouse in the Allgäu

A detached farmhouse with a fantastic view over the valley. The front part of the house (on the left in the pictures) with a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and four bedrooms with a total of 12 sleeping places is for rent. A terrace with barbecue facilities is also included. Hasenried is located in the beautiful, hilly Allgäu. The hiking trails start right at the house.

Schwatzenmühle

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cozy temporary home for both families and single travelers. Situated in the middle of the Dreiländerck, on the eastern Lake Constance, you can be in the island city of Lindau, 5 km away, in a short time. Also not far away are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.
