This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is 2 km away from the village of Sumartin /ferry port/. It is located in a house with several apartments. Below the house/50m is the sea. The restaurant is above and below the house as well as beautiful beaches. Gypsum, pebbles or concrete, it depends on your wishes. We are on the east side of the island of Brač. If you decide to book this accommodation, the easiest transport is by ferry Makarska-Sumaartin (tickets should be purchased online and the exact time of the reservation should be respected).
