After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). One idea, two brothers, two houses, architectural twins. The combination of the light, natural materials and couple of historical sculptures older more than 300 years make a perfect join. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic sea. One house can accommodate a group of max four people. The shared swimming pool is on the back of the houses, offering privacy and a place to relax for our guests.
