This cozy building serves as a space for sports activities - ideal for yoga, pilates or meditation and at the same time as a comfortable accommodation in nature. The place is designed with simplicity, privacy and harmony with the surrounding nature in mind. It provides a setting for a peaceful and undisturbed stay. The surrounding landscape consists of an open view of the fields and forests. Come to exercise, relax and recharge your batteries.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Three houses - Pear

Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Yary yurt

The price is for 2 people. For each additional person, 10€/day is paid. Maximum number of guests 4. The yurt includes a wellness center, which is paid on the spot (20€/day). Don't worry, we will contact you in time after booking and confirm all additional services. Enjoy a beautiful view of the pond right from the yurt. There will be a flock of sheep running around you. The building is fenced. If you are missing anything, you can use the services of the established guest house, which is a "few" steps from the yurt, but you will still feel like you are alone.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded location in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

Maringotka GlamBee

Enjoy your stay in the quiet environment of our caravan with bees, surrounded by beautiful nature on the edge of the Brdy Protected Landscape Area and relax in our private sauna. The beautiful landscape around the caravan is called "Pod rybníčky" (Under the Pond). In close proximity you will see fields, vast meadows and forests. The great dominant of the landscape are the stone walls from a nearby quarry nearby, which is definitely worth a visit. West of the caravan is the area of an old agricultural cooperative, which has a touch of mystery.

Tiny House Bizingroff - peace, nature and design in one place. Looking for a place to slow down for a while? Our Tiny House is a cozy, modern house in nature, surrounded by forests and ponds. A minimalist but thoughtful interior and private wellness in the form of a hot tub and sauna (sauna not included) await you. The house is for everyone who loves peace, nature and wants to enjoy more than just a night's sleep. It's an experience where you slow down, recharge your batteries and take home memories that you won't forget.

Pure nature - Haus im Wald am Biberdamm

In the house in the forest, absolute tranquility awaits you surrounded by nature. You have your own vacation home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

Apartment 28 in Zadov with views of nature

Enjoy the quiet and relaxing environment of Šumava in our cozy 1 + kk apartment with a terrace in Zadov with a wonderful view of nature, a short walk from the ski slope. The apartment's amenities include a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee maker, a bathroom with a shower, a double bed, 2 stackable single beds, a dining table with benches, a TV and Wi-Fi. The apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people, ideal for families or active couples. Parking is available right next to the building.

TinyHouse Wild West

Experience the freedom of the Wild West! Tiny House Wild West stands right above a pond in the middle of pastures, where cows roam freely and the peace is disturbed only by the crackling of fire. Relax in a hot tub with a massage system, swim in a pond or try to catch your own fish. Tanned wood, the smell of nature and complete privacy - here you are only you, nature and freedom. And if one pond wasn't enough for you, 100 meters to the southwest you'll find another pond in the middle of the wilderness.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
