Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Sumida City

The host is very friendly and friendly.On the first morning of our arrival, because the luggage was not small, it was inconvenient to carry it to the scheduled trip. After asking the host, the host was willing to let us check in early and place the luggage, which was a great help to us. Next time if there is a group trip with friends, I will refer to and choose this room again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! it was not in the big tourist spots, but a quick and easy train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya. I was thankful to be in a quieter area, but conveniently located within 1 min walk of Family Mart and anything you wanted to eat. I highly recommend this place and we so loved it! Great and quick communication. would definitely stay again if/when we return to Tokyo!

Great location, surrounded by buzzing atmosphere. Loved the balcony overlooking the street. Comfortable and clean space, situated close to train station making travel super easy. Great host, very responsive.

This was my second time staying at StayFab’s apartment in Shimokita and just like the first time we loved it. We appreciate the apartments proximity to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is an ideal size for a family traveling with kids. David is a great host and a great communicator.

Lovely place to stay, super clean, plenty of clean towels, shower gel/shampoo provided, amenities great. Lots of 7-11s or equivalent around. Short walk to metro station and easy to get anywhere on the underground, including the airport. TK was responsive, helpful and generous. Can’t fault our stay (3 adults) and would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and spacious, the price was reasonable, and I had a good time! Also, despite the last-minute reservation, you responded quickly, and I am very grateful!

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

My family of 5 had a great time in Tokyo. Toshi's place was in an excellent location and close to transit, convenience stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at the Tomo House was fantastic! We stayed for a total of three weeks and throughout our stay we felt very much at home. When we arrived everything was very clean and well taken care of, with enough appliances to feel extremely comfortable. The host is very responsive and has very clear instructions on any questions you might have about the place or its utilities. It’s very close to stations nearby and being walking distance to the Tokyo Sky Tree was very convenient. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!

We had the most comfortable stay in Eishi’s apartment. It is very cozy and pretty and well-furnished, everything you need is available. Love that there is a washer and dryer. Location is convenient, 8-10 mins walk from the train station that is well-connected to all the attractions. Very comfortable bed. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the pillows are too soft. Highly recommended and would definitely choose to stay again❣️

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

Check-in was smooth, the room was as clean as described, the location was very good, the surroundings were quiet, but the restaurant, shopping mall and subway were all within walking distance, very convenient!

The place was very clean and safe. Very walkable and parks close by. Easy binder with lots of restaurants and places to go. Kazu was very helpful and courteous.

Five of us used it, and we had a very comfortable stay. It was close to the station and very easy to use.

Super clean, love that it’s in a residential area which brings so much peace. It’s walkable to many restaurants, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, massage parlor, and it’s a 20 min train ride to all the fun things in the city. We even took the train & bus to Disney. Truthfully, I don’t think 15-16 people could comfortably fit, 10 people is great. Host was very accommodating, clear with all instructions and friendly! Definitely would stay again!

It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
