Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sumida River

Fantastic stay in Asakusa! Comfortable apartment in a wonderful neighborhood with many options for sampling local cuisine and easily walkable to transportation. The hosts are very responsive and provide many area recommendations and informative travel guides for Greater Tokyo and beyond. The taxi was also a plus! Thank you for our most memorable stay in Tokyo!

We got room 502 for most of our nights in Tokyo and it felt like home. The room is bigger than Tokyo’s usual room sizes. All basic necessities included with iron and washing machine/dryer in room so very convenient. Train stations about 10min walk from the accommodation, bus stop and nearest 711 is about a minute away. Room is very clean and host is very accommodating/responsive. Will come back to this place in Tokyo ❤️

Zero was THE BEST host we have ever had. He replied so quick, was so friendly, brought us free snacks, messaged us to check on us. The apartment itself was insanely easy to find. The neighborhood itself is SO cute. Pretty quiet but lively street which was so refreshing after a busy day in Tokyo. 7/11 was right down the street, grocery store, yummy restaurant, cute cafes, and temples. The train station was a short walk about 10 minutes or less. But the walk is enjoyable because the area is so nice. The apartment itself is quite small but I didn’t spend much time there because we were exploring all day. You could open up a big suitcase and most of your floor space is gone. Also note that it’s on the second floor with no elevator. But they provide you with umbrellas, hair blow dryer, and tea kettles. You also have a communal washing machine and microwave and fridge. Also the lights are very bright, perfect for doing makeup. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

Nori-san's place is great, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you'll be close to many shops and restaurants while also being close to the train station to explore more of Tokyo. Nori-san also provided good recommendations close by which was appreciated. No complaints, I would stay here again if I get the chance.

I love this place and the surrounding environment!It's very close to the metro station, and the subway and homestay have a direct elevator because I have a heavy suitcase, which was too friendly to me.You can see the Tokyo Tower in the stairwell, it is also convenient to walk there, there are also some nice restaurants around, convenience stores and drugstores are downstairs.The neighborhood is a residential building, and it is quiet and suitable for walking.Clean and spacious room with plenty of light, balcony view, fully equipped.I'll stay here again if I get the chance ~

My family of 5 had a great time in Tokyo. Toshi's place was in an excellent location and close to transit, convenience stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely unit to stay. Instructions given were very helpful to find the property. Very easy walk to the train station too! There is also a small eatery opposite the property for dinner. Do note that there is no lift on the property, so it might not be easy for some to carry their heavy luggages from ground floor to their unit. Overall, this unit is highly recommended! My entire stay was peaceful.

Our stay in Tokyo was truly special thanks to this wonderful family. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and thoughtful-when they heard we were celebrating a birthday, they went out of their way to celebrate with us. The house is in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Honestly, I'd recommend staying here just for the hosts alone-the comfort of the home and the charm of the area are just added bonuses.

Yaya house is Grade A for an Airbnb experience… super clean super convenient awesome host and you get the experience of living amongst the locals… extremely happy… thank you Yaya house ☺️ The house has everything you will need red and the train station, parking and 7/11 are super close. 5 Star Airbnb.

We had a wonderful day. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. It was very clean. There are two sleeping spaces and a smaller little TV room upstairs with two toilets upstairs. Downstairs or on the main floor is the entrance with the kitchen a little sitting area the washer dryer, and the shower with another toilet. It was perfect for my husband and I and our three kids. The curtains in the bedrooms are not black out curtains, so just take that into consideration as it gets very light in Japan very early The kitchen was clean and well stocked. We made breakfast at the Airbnb every morning, which was very nice.

Yuki is very responsive and helpful! The area was perfect for our stay. Yuki told us about a festival that would be happening while we were there and it was an incredible experience! Yuki provided clear instructions on how to use the A/C, the washing machine, etc. She is a lovely and thoughtful host!

The K-Family Koji were probably the best AirBnB hosts we’ve ever had. Super clear instructions for everything. Extremely friendly and accessible. The place itself was fantastic. Had everything we needed for a family of six and was very comfortable.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

Great central location with access to 3 different train lines including JR, all within a 5-10min walk. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Has all the basic amenities. The mattress was firm for my liking but still had a good sleep. I highly recommend the place and would stay here again in future.

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️
