This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.

It is convenient for sightseeing, with direct train access to Kansai Airport, Namba and Shinsekai, and by car to USJ, Tennoji Zoo, and Osaka Castle, all within about 30 minutes! The house is a two-story house, not a one-story house, and there are stairs.The stairs are a bit steep.There is a handrail, but please be careful.
