Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Suminoe Ward

I stayed with my parents, but it was fully equipped, and the bed was comfortable and I was very satisfied.The building is not new, but the interior was clean, and it was a spacious living and dining room, so even if we stayed with 6 people, we had a relaxing and relaxing stay. Masahito and Monica are very responsive and helpful from the start, answered all my queries before I booked and have been communicating, giving me advice and suggestions all along , even after I checked out。 I felt I have been well looked after. Clean and tidy house in residential quiet area, yet walking distance to a few train stations. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the place. Thank you

Amazing host ! Bai and Wei responds within seconds. They were very accommodating with my situation by providing enough strollers for my 2 kids (life saver). The home is lovely and comfortable, everything is beautifully cleaned and organized. Parking lot is less then 5 mins away. Best of all, it is located in a very convenient area. Everything I need to within less then 10 minute walking distance. When I come back to Osaka, I will rebook for sure and recommend it to all my friends. Thank you Bai and Wei !!

I had a wonderful stay at Sakura’s place in Osaka! The house was peaceful and had a lovely atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around. Sakura was an excellent host. She responded quickly to all my messages and provided clear instructions, which made check-in and getting settled incredibly smooth. She was also very helpful throughout my stay.

We had a nice stay at this place. The only thing we didn’t anticipate was that one of the bedroom (tatami room) was next to the living room with no doors. I think it was said at the details but we weren’t able to check it more clearly. But overall we enjoyed the stay, loved the place and highly recommend it!

Kazuma’s house was really spacious and beautifully traditional. The location is very close to a train station and neighbourhood has a lot of great places, that Kazuma recommended. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would come back! :)

I had an amazing stay here with my family of 4. The place is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It is within walking distance to Taisho station and Kyocera Dome. The host is very helpful and responsive, answered my questions promptly and did his very best to accomodate my requests. I highly recommend this place!

Walking distance to many spots. Good food all around and the place is very clean and easy to find. Google maps let us to the wrong side of the building originally and the host helped us find the door which was just in the other side!

It was close to the station and there were various shops, so it was very convenient, and when I contacted them, I received a reply immediately, so I felt at ease.

It’s a simple place, got a stove fridge and a washer (no dryer). Just needs like a dresser or some counter space and it would be perfect

Great place in a great area! The room was amazing and we loved the tatami style especially being so close to a major subway line! Hossy was great! We hope can stay stay here again in the future! 🥰

This apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, as other reviewers have mentioned. A couple of points to note, which are not clear in the listing. There are two beds in one bedroom and no bed in the other bedroom area. Consequently, getting in and out of bed can be a bit awkward. Also, the TV only has Japanese programs. I'd recommend this apartment to any couple visiting Kobe for a few days.
