🏢 Modern elevator apartment completed in 2020 • There are 23 rooms in total across the 7 floors of the building, with 4 rooms on each floor. • All units are spacious 1LDKs of approximately 33㎡ with the same layout (mirror-image design on the left and right). They are equipped with two 1.4m double beds and can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. • Each room has floor-to-ceiling windows, and the corner rooms also have side windows for better lighting. • The color of the room's sliding door, the dining table style, and other soft furnishings may vary slightly, but the size, amenities, and guest experience are exactly the same. ⚠️ Floors will be arranged based on the room availability on the day. Priority will be given to higher floors. The house was built about 100 years ago, and the design was created to bring out the charm of the building's materials. By polishing and reusing the original wood and doors, We were particular about using natural building materials. A cozy place where the sunlight and shadows of morning, noon, and night, and the four seasons of Japan blend comfortably. Enjoy the space that was built with time and love. For your comfort, we've upgraded the air conditioning, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom to match the size of the room. Bathroom heating is also available.
