David's place was perfect for us! It is so comfortable and we loved watching Directv...what a treat! The kitchen space is fully stocked with lots of clear directions. David was very helpful and accommodating. Even the main house seems close to the guest house, it is still VERY private. Thank you David for a wonderful stay!!

This is the best place we have stayed so far! Perfect for our family with the pool and lots of space for everyone to relax inside or out. Nili was a great host that answered questions and did everything she could to make sure we had the best time. She even provided everything we would need to enjoy the beach. I highly recommend this for any family looking for a great stay in California.

This house is the perfect secluded getaway. It has an amazing pool and jacuzzi that you never want to leave with a spectacular view. It is hands down the most unique home I’ve ever been to. We loved interacting with the emu’s and there is the sweetest little cat that roams around the property. There are tons of lights switches everywhere that would at first seem overwhelming but everything is labeled very clearly making all navigation through the house a breeze. We would love to book this Airbnb again in the future.

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

Suffice it to say, Jennifer with her warmth and great communication made my experience as good as it gets. If you’re new to camping, this is probably one of the best entry-level points possible. If you’re like me and you’ve gone backpacking, this will feel extremely luxurious. The pool is great. The hot tub is awesome. And the vibe inside the yurt reminds me of the Tree Bones Resort in Big Sur. I simply love this place and can’t wait to come back again.

This was our second time staying at the Orchard House and it did not disappoint! The home and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Our 4 kids loved the pool, treehouse, putting green, and bocce ball. So many cute cozy spots to enjoy a cup of coffee or book both inside and outside. The house is nicely spread out and could easily accommodate 2 families as there are 2 en-suite king bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for easy cooking and was left in pristine condition. We had a number of potentially annoying requests and Todd was quick to respond and accommodating. Our kids loved visiting the many nearby playgrounds and library. We can’t wait to come back!

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

This is our second time staying in Haley’s lovely home and we had a fantastic time. The gorgeous view of the ocean paired with the tranquil, quiet neighborhood makes this a wonderful vacation spot!

Cozy and immaculately maintained 70’s nautical beach vibes. Extremely friendly and responsive host. A very special place! Two things I did not like: 1. 4pm check-in (3pm more reasonable) 2. 10am checkout! (Should be 11am) These adjustments would be more fair to guests still leave plenty of time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

This was an awesome stay! The house was beautiful and the yard was gorgeous with so many beautiful plants . My kids loved running around the yard and felt right at home. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It’s in a walkable place, we walked to a park and a nice restaurant for breakfast. And there were a lot of really nice places a short drive in the car we were able to visit. Only downs sides were - the from room is very loud. At night it was difficult to sleep for me but the kids had no issues falling asleep with the sound machine. The back room is darker and quieter. The front door also has some issues with the locking mechanism. Every time we left we struggled with the lock and the door. Minor things compared to all the fun we had!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. It was a girls’ trip. We loved the view. The house was very equip. with dishes etc. that was nice since we did breakfast every day. Everyone had a bed and slept well. Thanks for letting us stay at the property, this was a girls’ trip to remember. ❤️❤️

Our friends stayed for the weekend while attending a wedding and had the best stay at Driftwood Properties! The home has stunning ocean views and is walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. Aidan was a fantastic host - offering complimentary wine tasting and even a free spin class! If you are looking for a fun weekend get away I would highly recommend staying here!

This is one of the most beautiful and clean places we have ever stayed. It was a joy to open up the sliding doors and let the fresh air come in and the yard space is incredible. The king bed and pillows were super comfortable and even the hair dryer was good quality. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown montecito as well as butterfly beach. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Wonderful home close to the ocean in Santa Barbara. Kitchen was well stocked and everything in the home was clean and functioning as expected.

Brianne and David were great hosts! The place was beautiful and exactly what the pictures looked like. Our vacation was beautiful and so relaxing because of this place. It’s probably the best air bnb we stayed in. The area was perfect too. Felt safe and comfortable. Our toddler also loved the backyard. With the nice breeze, the fresh air felt great too. I also greatly appreciate the recommendation Brianne gave for a local family friendly beach. It was perfect for us.

The home is well kept and cleaned thoroughly. There’s a few bug traps around the house but we didn’t encounter any during our stay. It’s the second house in from the corner which is a busy street but you don’t hear any noise from it. Only complaint would be the windows are old and not the easiest to open - since there is no A/C opening them during our stay was a must. Overall a beautiful house!

This home and property are magic! Truly THE most heavenly place on earth. Pictures don’t even come close to doing it justice but I promise it is worth every penny. Connie is the sweetest woman, and makes the stay even more special. My family will forever be returning here to make the sweetest memories!

The listing doesn’t even do this place justice. It’s a bit of heaven on earth. We were close to everything for convenience but felt like we had our own private paradise with the most epic views of the coast. The amazing wildlife and mountains were beyond description.

Beautiful place, even better than the pics! The house itself and the surrounding gardens were so peaceful and relaxing. Loved the outdoor patio space to relax with your cup of coffee and listen to the birds. Host has thought of everything, nice personal touches. Very communicative and helpful.

Lisa was very accommodating considering that we booked this same-day (at 8pm) and checked in shortly after (due to another Airbnb cancelling on us). Lisa gave easy instructions to check in, there was a helpful list of places to visit, great shops/restaurants within a short drive, and the property felt very secluded. However, possibly due to our last minute booking, the building noticeably had lots of spiders and cobwebs and some bugs on the bed linens. I trust that this is not normally an issue. We appreciate Lisa's flexibility and prompt responses!

We felt totally at ease the minute we walked into Kara's pristine Airbnb rental. Her space emanates clean and vibrant energy on the subtle plane and the physical as well. We have never encountered such a lovingly appointed room, filled with playful Mexican sculptures, gorgeous crystals, and a top-of-the-line kitchen. Peaceful and quiet, her Ojai House is a perfect spot to re-energize and to experience serenity. I'm sure we will be returning on a future visit to Ojai!
