A quiet and private one bedroom suite in a lake view home situated on a rural property just outside of Summerland, surrounded by vineyards and walking distance to 3 wineries. We live upstairs and are often home, but guests have lots of privacy, separate entry. There is access to walking, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, boating and swimming as well as XC and downhill skiing in the winter months at Apex Mountain. The cooking facilities include a toaster/convection oven, hot plate and microwave.

The Lake Vista Suite. Start with the view!

Welcome to the Okanagan, welcome to our home! We'd like to share with you our sweeping lake, orchard and vineyard vistas. Our walkout basement suite has ONE bedroom with a QUEEN bed, one pull-out DOUBLE sofa in the living room and a bathroom with shower. We haven’t a full kitchen, but offer countertop convection oven/ toaster, microwave, induction hotplates, rice cooker and crockpot. We have a gas fireplace for cool nights,TV, books and games. Our patio has partial cover, and of course, a BBQ!
