Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Crystal City Country Cottage

Located 8 miles outside of Dubois in a quiet country setting, on a working Ranch. Conveniently located near I-80 and SR 219. Minutes away from the DuBois airport, Penn Highlands Hospital, and Penn State DuBois campus. Just twenty minutes from Treasure Lake Resort. Not far from the Kinzua Bridge and the Benezette Elk Viewing Area. Many other State Parks and several local wineries are additional attractions in this area.
