Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Summerville

Everything was exactly as described and the location was FANTASTIC for traveling with small kids. Tamra & Lisa were great communicators ahead of and during our stay, even welcoming us with wine and cheese. Everything was comfortable and the pack n play & high chair on site were a great bonus. The kitchen is fully, full equipped if you like to do some cooking at “home” like we do. There are some fragile items at curious tot level but the living areas are child friendly. Absolutely recommend these hosts and this stay!

Everything I hoped and wished for our stay was like the pictures and details! It was a gorgeous home, the bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The kitchen was massive and so perfect for a big group, the backyard with the pool was so beautiful and like a little oasis! It was the perfect distance to downtown, not too far. Such a good stay, definitely will be back!

This place was just as pictured. It was very clean, its about a 30 min drive to downtown. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Jon was very patient with all my questions and provided every information and help we needed. My family and I will definitely come back!

We loved this house it was clean, new and comfortable. We had access to Paradiso pool which was so cute and nice and fun. Location was great and the house felt like home.

Colleen’s cottage was the perfect stay for an extended work trip. The place was so lovely and easily felt like home. It was an excellent way to experience the historically rich area of Summerville and i loved the proximity to local landmarks. The neighborhood was beautiful and relaxing and the bed was so comfortable after a long days work. Colleen was exceptiobally gracious and welcoming throughout the entire stay. She was especially generous and understanding when it came to my service dog Yoshi staying with me, which is always appreciated when travelling with a service animal. She had treats waiting for me and for Yoshi when we arrived and even had a special bed and toy for Yoshi when we checked in. It was overall one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had. When staying long term for work, the comfort of the home is important but the kidness and ease of communication with Colleen is really what made me feel so comfortable here 10/10 recomend and would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s place. It was conveniently located to the areas we wanted to visit during our stay. Notably, Michelle was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again next to time we visit Summerville.

We loved our stay here! It was a perfect location, centrally located and a short walk to King St with all of the shopping and dining. The finishes are beautifully done and the layout was perfect for two couples spending a weekend in Charleston. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Charleston.

We loved our stay at Tim’s place! It had the charm of the historic homes in Charleston while being modern. It had a comfy homey feel. It was walking distance to king street, the battery, etc. while still being quiet and private! Also centrally located by car to mount pleasant, shem creek, Sullivans island, folly beach and more! It had an off street parking space with an ev charger. Tim had nice little touches, including some snacks, coffee, and complimentary bottle of wine that we enjoyed on the front patio by the fountain! We will definitely be staying again when we head back to Charleston!

I spent 10 amazing days in this apartment. It has everything you need inside, the bed is super confortable, it's clean and cozy. The upstairs apartment was occupied for a couple of days but it didn't bother me. There are a lot of nice coffee shop, restaurants around and if you enjoy walking it's only 15 minutes from King Street. I highly recommend this place.

We LOVED Ashley’s place! Perfect for a girls weekend away with so much to do just outside the place! Walkable to everything including amazing restaurants, shopping, and rooftop bars! Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Charleston ☺️

We had a perfect stay at Martia‘s apartment. Although it is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants, the house is still quiet and peaceful. Ample opportunities to sit outside, from sunbeds to comfortable chairs on the covered porch. The place is beautifully furnished - Martia clearly designed it with love, good taste and she balanced functionality, comfort and elegance very well. The kitchen is well stocked with quality dishes, pots and pans - and the sharp knifes are actually sharp! Bright bathroom with a large shower. The two king beds are fantastic and comfortable, AC is working well. Martia and her co-host Emily are very friendly and responsive; communication is easy. We recommend Martia‘s place and would love to come again.

I had a great stay at this apartment in downtown Charleston. The neighbourhood is interesting, diverse, walking distance from all the restaurants, bars, waterfront - some parts are a little run down but I walked everywhere and felt safe and found it interesting. The ground-floor apartment itself has been beautifully renovated and is well equipped and very clean. I found it quiet. Check in was easy, communications were great. The dedicated parking space was a bonus. Overall I would highly recommend this airbnb and would stay here again.

Christopher was wry responsive place was clean. A well stocked kitchen. Couch not comfortable but everything else was great.

Love Seabrook Island and this was the perfect little place for me and my family.

I really enjoyed my stay. I have A SLIGHT MOBILIITY PROBLEM, THEREFORE I WAS REALLY IN NEED OF A HANDICAP FACILITY. IT WAS SLIGHTLY DIFFICULT TO WALK UP THE TWO STEPS TO THE BATHROOM, AND ALSO THERE WAS NO HAND BARS IN THE SHOWER. I DID NOT ASK IF THIS FACILITY WAS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE, AND THAT WAS MY FAULT. I SUGGEST THAT THESE TWO MINORS ISSUED COULD BE RECTIFIED IT WOULD ENHANCE THE AVAILIBILITY TO PEOPLE THAT ARE HANDICAP. BUT AGAIN, I DID ENJOY MY STAY. LAST BUT NOT LEAST I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO WORK THE TV IN THE BEDROOM NEXT TO THE BATHROOM.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was peaceful with a great view and right by a beach boardwalk. The inside looked to have been recently updated and it was done with exquisite taste. The kitchen was gorgeous and the bathrooms had a spa-like feel. It was decorated beautifully and tastefully. I appreciated that it had everything needed, but was clutter-free!

An excellent location with a great view of the lagoon, this condo was the perfect place to unwind with a week of Spring Break biking and beach walks. Comfy furniture both inside and out and a well-appointed kitchen made for an easy rainy Sunday as well as a few lazy evenings in. Night Heron Park and the beach are only minutes away by bike or on foot, making the Park Villas a convenient location for couples and families alike. We'd stay at this condo again.

We had such an amazing time during our stay! The property was spotless , and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Celebrating our birthdays on this girls' trip, the privacy of our own rooms and bathrooms was perfect for the three of us. The superb location was close to the beach yet secluded, and the pool was just a short walk away. We had all the amenities we needed, enhancing our comfort. Thanks for a memorable experience; my friends are eager to return with their families, and we all look forward to visiting again soon!

Ashley's property was extremely clean, high end furniture, beautifully designed and the grounds and views are incredible! We had several questions throughout our stay and Ashley was always very prompt with a response. If you are looking to get away from the more fast paced Charleston scene and prefer a more private, laid back vacation look no further.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vicki’s villa on Seabrook. The location is perfect, private and peaceful, nestled in the Live Oaks with beautiful views from each of the FOUR outdoor areas. It is an easy walk to the beach and the club, which has a great pool and lounge area on an embankment overlooking the ocean. We love to cook, and the kitchen is fabulous, well appointed with all the equipment you need to make meals. Vicki and the management were also incredible with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Vicki’s villa—you will experience a peaceful escape and right at home.
