We had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s home in Arizona! The house was spotless when we arrived and had such a cozy, welcoming feel. The location was perfect — just a quick drive to both Phoenix and Scottsdale, which made it easy to explore and enjoy all kinds of activities. Kyle was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the house itself — whether we were hanging out by the pool or enjoying the peaceful views by the water, it was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location in Sun City for us to visit family. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable, and Mathew was responsive and friendly.

We stayed at Sam’s place for a few days in June and will definitely be back if we are in the area again. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated and Sam was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience! We used the pull-out sofa bed and Cheri had sheets brought over for us same-day. The space worked well for our family and the beds are SO comfortable! I had to pull the sheets off our bed to see the brand so I could remember, ha! We felt safe and at-home in this space. There was plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dishes were stocked and she left us bottled water and coffee pods. It was perfect. Thank you, Cheri!

Spacious home with all the amenities necessary to settle in comfortably. The kitchen was large and equipped with high-end appliances. It was also fully stocked for self-catering. Bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of quality linens and towels - with a large supply of extras. The property had a very inviting backyard complete with furnished patio spaces. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and felt very safe.

Andrea's home was clean and well equipped and her communications were timely and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and pool was clean. Pool was heated - not as much as a resort, but more than the very cold pools we have had with rentals in same area at more expensive properties. Game room had a good assortment for family entertainment. It's nice that the layout of home has the master on one 1 side and 2 other bedrooms on opposite side of the home. Great set up for families.

This home was absolutely perfect for our event! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Whether you’re planning a relaxing family getaway or just need a change of scenery, this place has it all. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the entertainment options were endless. We were able to cook a full-course meal with ease in the well-stocked kitchen and had an amazing BBQ out by the pool. It honestly felt like the best of both worlds—a luxurious 5-star resort with all the cozy comforts of home. Huge shoutout to the host for being so accommodating and making the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation or staycation. We’ll definitely be back. House was very nice. Had everything we needed cooking wise. Backyard and pool was nice. Pool is deeper than most which was nice, a little colder but was very enjoyable.

This house was exactly as advertised and pictured. The host was timely with responses even though they were out of town two time zones away. The property was great for our two large dogs. We reside in the PNW and I was worried about cacti and insects. The fenced back yard has a nice dog run free of plants which put my mind at ease. There is also a gate that blocks the bedrooms and bathrooms from access. This worked well when we had to run a quick errand to keep our dogs from having the whole house. Really nice place. Great host.

Perfect place! We had so much fun in the backyard with all the different kinds of games! And the communication with host was perfect too! Definitely to recommend

James and Michelle were great hosts. As a frequent Airbnb traveler I look for communication and accommodations to go hand in hand. I had an impromptu last minute booking and not only were they responsive , but stayed in communication with just the perfect amount of support. My stay checked all the boxes. Absolutely loved our stay here! The house is located in a great area & is very well maintained. The perfect size for our group of 5 adults. Amanda & her team were extremely responsive & helpful with all of my questions before and during our stay. I did request for the pool’s waterfall to be turned on, & while they mentioned it might be on a timer, it never did come on during our 3-day visit. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. The home itself is clean, well-stocked, & thoughtfully laid out. The AC cannot be set lower than 72 (as the temps were in the low 100's during our visit, it would've been nice to be able to lower it a degree or two) but the ceiling fans in every room help a lot! The beds were a little firm for my personal preference, but overall the home was very comfortable & had everything we needed & the garage parking is a great bonus! I have family in the area, and several of them are already asking for details so they can book this home when they visit Az!

Nice place, good value.

Open and spacious layout, in a quiet neighborhood nice park walking distance. We were out for spring training for Padres which was 20mins away which was fine for us. We didn’t request pool heated before going but realized once there that 55deg was a bit chilly. Eric and Amy were very quick to respond and start the heater remotely and the kids were able to swim the next day. Great experience, going home relaxed.

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The home was clean and comfortable with all accommodations needed. After rambling around a very busy city, it was very nice to come back to a peaceful place to relax. I would definitely recommend staying. Thank you! Carla and Tim

Both Carolann and her co-host Katelyn were great with communication, which to me is the most important part of the Airbnb process. The place itself was just as described, with a fun little indoor gaming area with a pool table and foosball and a very welcoming backyard space. They provided some travel toiletries in the bathrooms as well as having all the basics in the kitchen that we needed. The place was clean and had plenty of space for us and our dog. No issues at all, I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in Surprise!

Edith’s place was perfect for our weeklong stay visiting family in Arizona. Everything was exactly as described with little extra touches like remote control lights and fans. The decor is modern and clean, everything was cohesive and neat. The beds were super soft and the kitchen had an amazing array of spices which I appreciated as much cooked every day and the spice rack made life easier and less expensive. The stocked shelves made it really feel like home away from home. I would totally recommend this home and stay again if in town. The large smart TVs in each room made for another great amenity we enjoyed. Ms. Edith was very thoughtful about putting this home together and you can feel it. Great stay, thank you. Your home has become a part of our beautiful memories.
