Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids

Our stay at Nancy's home was fantastic. The home was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we need to have cook, prepare, and store food during our stay. There was a peaceful back patio where we could read in the morning and watch bunnies and birds to relax and prepare for the day. We also loved the community fitness center, pools, and easily walkable neighborhood. Nancy was so organized and such a fantastic communicator. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Rodney's home is so beautiful! My sister and I rented this to celebrate our birthday and it was perfect! This home was spotless! Pristine floors, immaculate kitchen and bathrooms, and not a speck of dust! The pool was sparkling blue and a wonderful respite from the heat and the backyard is to die for! So private, huge and well-maintained! It seems like Rodney has really thought of everything that you may need and provided it. The kitchen was fully stocked, including an ice maker, wine fridge, an air fryer, and two different style coffee machines. The guest house also had a mini fridge, microwave, a Keurig, and was tastefully decorated. All of the furniture throughout the home is solid and high-end and we appreciated the ceiling fans and skylights. The golf cart was an awesome bonus that my sister loved! Rodney left detailed instructions and was easy to contact if we had any questions. We would and will stay here again in a heartbeat and wanted to buy this home, lol. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was as listed and pictured. The location worked great for us as we were in town visiting family, who lived 1.5 miles away. Great, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the home was well supplied with anything you might need. The heated pool was an added bonus in a great backyard! We would definitely rent this home again.

Comfortable, clean home in a golf community. It has great mattresses, hot tub, back patio, fire pit, grill, poker table, puzzles, kitchen and bathroom supplies even golf carts. Dog friendly property with dog door, food bowls, and dog toys. Gorgeous views of the night time sky with very little light pollution. The owners were quick to respond, pro active, and friendly.
