Welcome to Kruthuset This address is located only 30 meters from Trosa Square. Everything is within a stone's throw. Restaurants, marina, shopping and close to nature and hiking trails. Boendet/The house: A private house on the property equipped with a sleeping area, common area with kitchen area, shower & toilet and access to a patio. Large parking area next to the charging station. Sheets & towels can be selected for SEK 200/p On the day of departure, we would like you to do a rough cleaning and take out any garbage, we will take care of the rest.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸
