Walk 1 km into the valley, along the gravel road. Ortnevik is located on the south side of the beautiful Sognefjorden. With road access along the fjord from the west and ferry connection from Vik and Nordeide.

Recommended to see in the nearby area: Old ruins from World War II. Rich island kingdom where you can walk all the way to the lighthouse. Gulatingsparken, 20 minutes by car. Bicycle paths. In the winter season you can experience the Northern Lights, or beautiful starry sky. The ferry goes across the fjord, and to Solund. (free ferry) Remember to shop before you arrive, there is no shop in Rutledal. Welcome :)

Beautiful Hardanger, Folgefonna, Trolltunga, Jondal

Semi-detached home was new in the summer of 2019. It is beautifully located on the fjord edge of Torsnes. The holiday home is fully equipped and has panoramic views of the fjords and mountains. At the house there is an outdoor area with a quay and a small private beach. It is well located for fishing in the fjord. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The whole house consists of two separate apartments. This is one of them and is one of them. The smallest unit is in the front of the house. Jondal is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Great cabin just 40 meters from the waterfront. Fjord view and private beach. This is a new cabin with large terrace, south facing, good sun conditions and tasteful interior. There are two living rooms on the 1st floor and two rooms on the 2nd floor. The stairs to the attic are steep and there is low ceiling height on the 2nd floor. Heating cables in the living room, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Short distance to berth and jetty. You can rent a SUP, kayak or fish from Svaberga. We also fire up the newly built Sauna on request.

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.
