The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and a nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

A sofa bed with room for 2 people Fireplace Bathroom with toilet and shower. Kitchen with everything needed including stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. Laundry room with washing machine. Balcony in lovely evening sun with barbecue, outdoor furniture and parasol. Access to swimming at our dock

Loft with ocean view

Relax in this unique, oceanfront and quiet accommodation. You will live in a private loft with a large balcony with fantastic sea views. The beach is 200 meters away and the rock pools are about 500 meters away. Private toilet is available in the accommodation. However, there is no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse off in the sauna house. It is also possible to rent a sauna, 2 paddleboards and an extra bedroom with bunk beds on the lower floor. Höga Kusten! From SEK 500/night

This is a cozy farmhouse that is in close proximity (about 15m) to the main building. Wifi. Netflix Noraström is well located geographically close to everything in Högakusten, 5 km to Högakusten Bridge, 20 km to the National Park, from here you can quickly get on the E4 from our farmhouse. The cottage has sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels prepared for each guest before you arrive. We take care of the cleaning after your visit, including washing the bed linens. We use self check-in!

Välkommen till Lillhuset, vårt gårdshus med lugnt läge centralt i Söråker. Här bor ni bekvämt med plats för 3-4 personer. Sovplatserna är fördelade på ett sovrum med en mindre dubbelsäng och enkelsäng, i vardagsrummet finns bäddsoffa. Wifi och TV med Chromecast. Husdjur är välkomna, 2 katter bor på gården. Laddare för elbil finns, debiteras faktisk kostnad/förbrukning enligt aktuellt elpris. Vänligen notera att vi endast hyr ut till privatpersoner, inte till företag eller via ombud.

Newly-renovated bakery cottage right in the heart of a horse farm. Only 15 km from the E4, in a peaceful environment overlooking both nature and farm life. Close to lake and swimming area. The cottage has all the comforts, sleeps 2-3 people. Fully equipped kitchen with wood stove, stove, fridge and baking oven. Towels and bed linen included. Upon arrival, there are also fresh eggs from the farm in the fridge! If you want to visit the farm's horses or cows, we'll arrange it.

Det går också utmärkt att fiska direkt från bryggan (det krävs fiskelicens om man är över 15 år) Endast 12 km till nedre Ljungans fina älvfiske (Lax, Havsöring , Harr m.m)

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Within a few kilometers there is the sea, Bergafjärden's beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The town of Njurunda with shops and transportation (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
