Furnished with a double bed in a private bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchenette. Close to swimming in Ljungan, sea swimming, restaurants, exercise trails and a golf course. 2 km to a food store and a small town center. 17 km to Sundsvall's Stenstad. Extra bed can be purchased. Parking is available. Close to a bus stop with a few trips a day. Car is recommended.
