Newly built house/cabin with its own dock for rent by Lake Vällan in Falun. In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun. There are both rowing boats and SUPs that allow for trips out on Vällan. During the winter, there is the possibility of both long-distance skating and cross-country skiing when the track and trails are prepared if the weather and surface allow. The house is about 50 m2 and has a small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, fully equipped bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Engelbrekt

We call our cottage Engelbrekt because it was moved here from Engelbrektsgatan in Falun, when the entire block was to be demolished in the 1960s. Now we have equipped the cottage carefully and tried to give it an old-fashioned touch. The house consists of a kitchen and a bedroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and toilet. The cottage is 20 meters from the lake, where you have access to a private jetty and a small rowing boat. On the large lawn, there is garden furniture and a barbecue.

Here you can easily jump into the water in the summer at the swimming area that is 100 meters away or why not skate in the winter. You can go cross-country and downhill skiing nearby, so why not take a trip to Romme alpine during the day! Just behind the property, there is an apple orchard with over 100 apple varieties. The house is built next to beautiful Vassboherrgård and is a perfect accommodation all year round.

Around the home, you can take a walk/run in Smäcken or Frostbrunnsdalen, explore the springs, take a ride on the river, or a swim, or visit the ostriches a bike ride away. Proximity to all Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the natural paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and falu mine etc. NOTE: Bed linen and towels are included, but you will have to make the bed before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!
