Self Contained Annex with Breakfast near to Oxford

A modern self contained annex with your own private entrance and continental breakfast. The annex has a double bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen living area (free wifi) and Smart TV. The annex is part of a larger detached home in the lovely village of Cumnor with excellent pubs and country walks. There is easy access into Oxford via the regular bus service (5 min walk) or the Seacourt Park & Ride. Explore the nearby beautiful villages of the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace and Bicester Village.

Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.
