Very satisfied with their stay in the apartment, the host is very responsive, always immediately answers all questions. Detailed instructions on the location and check-in of the apartment. The apartment is as described and photographed, clean, cozy, has everything you need, a closed yard, a clean pool in the yard, a quiet neighborhood, a quiet neighborhood, there are many grocery stores around, 5 minutes to the water park! I really liked it! I recommend it! Would come again!

The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful complex. There are many swimming pools. 5 minutes to the sea. Quiet and peaceful. Just what you need to relax from the city. Diana easily resolved the issue with the Internet. The apartment is neat and clean.

The apartment is on the 7th floor in the G block of Barcelo Hotel. Two rooms, a little tired already, but it didn't cause us any problem. There is nothing in the apartment, even a sponge for washing dishes, so you need to keep in mind that you will have to buy everything, in the literal sense of the word. There are enough dishes, glasses, plates, spoons , forks, cooking utensils. Of course, there was a lack of a washing machine, but this issue can be resolved. Separately, I want to note the balcony , we spent there all the time that we were in the apartment. Breakfast with a partial view of the sea and the Nemebr. Of the disadvantages, I will note the sofa in the living room, we were 3 adults and someone had to sleep on this sofa. And it's almost impossible to sleep on it (( Overall, everything was great! The host is always available, responds promptly, prompts something if necessary. The location is perfect! In the very center. It is quite noisy at night, as young people walk until 4, or even before 7 in the morning )

We were 3 adults from Finland, the apartment is fantastic, located just in the middle of everything, 20 meters from the beach, we have got exactly what we were after. Highly recommend. Georgii was helpful and always ready to help

The apartment is very cozy, warm and pleasant! The complex is excellent, parking, swimming pool, sun loungers, garden, children's playground and security - just space! 15 minutes to the sea, shops, restaurants and cafes on the way! The owner and manager of the complex are smart, I am very grateful for the opportunity to visit this place! Thank you again and see you next time!

Kateryna responded quickly to our messages. The apartament was clean, had everything what we needed. Is very close to the beach and in the complex are pools with slides, which are well maintained and perfect for the kids. If we return to Bulgaria for holiday, for sure we will come back to Kateryna's place.

The apartment was actually 100% as described by Galina. The sliding sofa has the opportunity to sleep or just lie down on it for two people. Internet, TV,equipped kitchen for cooking,clean toilet,lovely shower, everyone could use it without restriction. The complex itself is located near the main bus station,from where you can make trips to different places: Nessebar, Burgas,Varna, etc. There are grocery stores near the house, where you can buy well for different tastes. Restaurants, cafes are a stone's throw from the complex, the sea is 500 meters away on foot. Galina is a very responsive tenant, you can easily find a common language with her.

The place was lovely and it had all the amentities presented. Including a washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron, absolutely everything you might need. It's within walking distance to the beach and supermarket close by. Neli was the best host ever, very proactive, helping us with everything we needed before the trip and during. A hundred percent recommend this place and especially Neli that makes it so much better. Would come back soon.

Great location right in the center Amazing large and equipped room kitchen refrigerator air conditioning internet TV and with balcony. I'm my wife will come back for sure this host perfect rooms

We spend remarkable holiday in your apartment. It was in Asian and modern stile house with all you need to stay long duration. Even beach accessories was useful to use own umbrella in the beach and kids enjoy from swimming toys. View was amazing and we enjoy in the terrace to get sunbathing and also BBQ set was amazing to cook own food. Thanks Ivomir. Hope will come back again.

Apartament is very nice, clean and cosy. In the apartment you have everything you need to prepare own meals. Beach is very near and have clean swimming pool in complex. Checkin was smooth and Kacper is great host! :) We didn’t had any issues, it was like feel at home. Thank You, Kacper!

Just returned home after a 6 day trip , the apartment and building area was very clean and maintained well by staff , the apartment was excellent and really comfortable with excellent space in both bedrooms and great air conditioning as it was really hot during my stay . The pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun beds to rest and sunbathe . There was a nice supermarket across the road where staff were really friendly and the prices were reasonable for our cold drinks . The host was excellent through out my booking and even arranged transport to pick myself and friends up from the airport at a much better rate than doing it online . Wojtek was brilliant with communication and answered all my questions before I arrived and during my stay making things easy and straight forward . Overall excellent stay and great service from the host , will definitely be staying at this property in the future , thank you Wojtek .

The apartament is clean and neat, in an amazing 5 star complex, on the East beach in St.Vlas. Highly recommend.

Great stay- easy access in the Hotel Iris- keys were at reception. Nice pool and balcony to relax in the evening. Really handy to have the beach close by great location. A little tricky to have the shower and WC together but it’s ok.

Great contact with Ivan. A host who's interested in us and how we need to respond. I would always like to rent with people like Ivan. As for the apartment itself, it is exactly like in the photos in 100 meets my expectations. We will probably visit again!!!!

Aneta is very responsive and helpful. We even arrived before the check in and she made it possible for us to have the apartment ready earlier than scheduled. If you want a peaceful yet central apartment, this is your choice. 10/10 would recommend.

Julia was a wonderful host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to her helpful assistant. The property was small but clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was great, in a quiet residential park. However, finding parking could be tricky during peak summer season.

Well, firstly, the Cascade resort is a small town in the city. It has 3 restaurants, 10 swimming pools (some Olympic size), a supermarket, live music every night. Etc... a huge complex (apartments for investment), managed by a company, some directly from the owner. This means the same apartments, different size and furniture, from time to time. Stefka, the owner, rents the place directly, she gave her apartment the feeling of a home, not a hotel. The terrace of the apartment is a huge star! A huge romantic gazebo, which is not like in any Cascade resort. Stefka is a very nice woman, behaves like a distant relative. If you can, you can help with anything you need. She also helped us, our flight was delayed for 16 hours, after us there was no client and she allowed us to stay. P.S. You can write endlessly... you won't regret it!
