Beachfront holiday rental in Sunny Beach

we lived in apartment 10 with a wonderful view of the sea and a beautifully manicured park. A balcony with a clothes dryer, chairs, and a stool was an added bonus. I think the house is the best located home in the area. Quiet yet close to the main street with restaurants. in the park benches and gym.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Location was great ,few steps from the sea . Accommodation also great , well-equipped kitchen, washing machine , private backyard. Just one minus, there was no air conditioning in the room on the 3rd floor but otherwise everything is OK. I can only recommend.

Very satisfied! I recommend! Here are more details: The hotel is clean and good for the kids. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment could have been better cleaned (I'm not the only one who mentioned it) sand, dust...and no TV. If not, beach games and umbrellas available very convenient! Joanna's apartment is defintely the most well equipped airnnb we have ever stayed in, which makes it ideal especially if your are travelling with children. The Etara complex is very nice with beautiful gardens and tradițional bulgarian architecture. One of the pools was just în front of the apartment but we prefered going to the beach which is also very close ( a few minutes walking diatance) and beautiful. The communication was great and Joanna was very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect for us.

This modern apartment is in a secure building a 5-10 minute walk from a sandy beach on the Black Sea. The large pool area is beautiful and a great place for both adults and kids. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The large windows have curtains for blocking the morning sun, and the balcony is perfect for morning coffee or for drying laundry. Yes! There’s a washing machine! We were there in mid October and so the beaches were empty, however, we still took advantage of the beautiful beach weather. We used this spot as a jumping-off point for exploring the sights and rich archeological history found along the coast from Varna south toward the Turkish border. Natalija, the hostess, was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Everything was great. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in the complex as a whole. Lena is a super host, settled us in and told us all the necessary information for a comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. Definitely recommend!!!

The apartament is clean and neat, in an amazing 5 star complex, on the East beach in St.Vlas. Highly recommend.

Such a perfect stay in summer! The Paradise Dreams complex is a great quiet place for a family with children. There are 3 pools and beautiful gardens inside. Close location to the seaside. Also a big plus is a public bus stop nearby, that takes you to Sunny Beach and Nessebar within 15-30 minutes. The apartment itself is really comfortable for living! There was a microwave, clothes washer and everything you need for your everyday routine. Extremely responsive and kind host. Highly recommend!

The room was in the first body next to the gate at the entrance to the 2nd floor, overlooking exactly the entrance to the hotel, everything ok functional, Bernadetta always answered me back to any question I had, everything ok and beautiful in the end! Too bad the weather didn't keep with us halfway through sept, but overall everything ok! Access to the beach f close, you can get out to the beach directly from the big pool overlooking the sea! The apartment is in a very quiet location right next to a large pool and the sea. The apartment was very comfortable. There was everything you could need for a rest. I missed a stove in the kitchen area maybe, but a microwave and an electric teapot were enough. The air conditioner works well, there is an iron and a washing machine. A big supermarket is 7 minutes from the apartment where you can buy everything you need. It is easy to get to Sunny Beach and Nessebar by bus. Victor is very communicative and helpful host. He helped arrange a taxi from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport. We were able to stay longer than until 12:00 on the last day of our stay. I recommend to stay here.

Great place,great and responsive host. Always available for questions and very accurate and clear information. The complex is great ,the pools are clean and great. A great place to relax for families with children and couples alike. We'll do it again for sure.

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a good stay.

Convenient location of the apartment. Instant responses from the host to messages. It's cozy and quiet. Lovely and clean two rooms with everything you need. We were relaxing together, but there is space for 3 or 4 people. In fact, the apartment is much better than in the promotional photos! Comfortable large bed. Everyone is happy and recommend you choose this place! Almost next to the sea with THE BEST beach in the area! Eight minutes from the house via dunes we went to the Janet store to buy groceries for ourselves. There was bus number two in Old Town Nessebar. Drive only six minutes. The place we rented, we really liked it. Shop and playground right in the yard. The sea is a 2-3 minute walk. There is also a walking promenade nearby. Everything that is indicated is in the house. Very clean. Also, Taisiya met us at the stop and walked us to the accommodation. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed it!

Me and sis have been pleasantly surprised with this trip. Great accommodation with first sea line, lovely people, amazing food and historic old town of Nesebar was definitely worth to go. Apartment was clean and private, big balcony with gorgeous view. We will be back❣️

First, we want to thank Svitlan and Elena for their hospitality, a wonderful place, a view of the black sea, two terraces, two levels, a spacious bedroom, equipped with everything you need, including a welcome package in the fridge❤️, a quiet place in the off-season, all within reach of slippers, shops, the sea, beach, restaurants, a stop, for two people, enough space for everything, the apartment itself is lightly worn but clean and well-maintained for people who spend time on the beach and tours We highly recommend

The apartment is one of the best (in its budget category). Clean,cozy and on the ground floor with a balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything ( even an air grill). There is a lot of space in the room. Everything is spotlessly clean. In addition, the property is near the forest and the beach. Nearby there are restaurants,bars,shops and a lot of pharmacies( not needed). We are very grateful with my husband for the hospitality. We will definitely come back next year... this is the apartment.
