Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sunrise Beach

An awesome getaway! We brought our boat with us and conveniently parked at the house's dock. The neighbors have a wave break which saves the boat from getting beat up by the wake. Great location to drive your boat up and down lake to amazing restaurants. The house was amazing and provided everything you need for a large party to enjoy the lake. Close to the outdoor center where your kids can hold sloths!!!! Overall we would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home and would absolutely rent it again! The kitchen/living room has incredible views (especially at sunset!) and was super comfortable to plop down on the couch and relax after a long day outside. The kitchen island is awesome and the kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfy and the bedrooms super cozy! We spent most of our time on the dock as we love to fish! Caught something like 40 fish (mostly catfish since that is what we were fishing for) and just had the best, most relaxing time. Our teenagers loved the provided lily pad and it was very easy to park our boat rental to the side of the dock. We enjoyed watching the boats float in and out to Captain Ron’s and waving hello to all the friendly people. Jen was super responsive and gracious. We hope to return someday!

Micheal was super kind and thoughtful and took care of anything we needed right away. It snowed quite a bit during our stay and he was out right away clearing the walkways in the freezing temps. Everything was clean and nice and we’re thankful to have stayed here.

This was the second time staying here and we are looking forward to make this a yearly returning trip. The location is perfect. The private boat dock is perfect. It's very peaceful. It's not very big but the price is perfect for the size and the host is awesome. Thanks Kathy, we had a great time, again.

Joe was incredibly responsive and helpful during our entire stay. The house was perfect for a weekend trip for 8 people. It was great having a boat right in the backyard! One thing to note is that it was hard to get Ubers in the area, so I would suggest driving yourself to the town. Had a great time here!

Staying at Jennifer’s place was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described (if not better). Jennifer was incredibly responsive, kind, and made us feel right at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience. Everything was great, place was clean and homey and had everything you needed.

Neal’s place was perfect for us. We were able to relax and unwind. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Neal was super responsive to any questions that we had. Check in and check out were super easy.

Very comfy small home! Perfect for my partner and I. From coffee in the morning to games to play during spare time, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for one night after a hiking trip and it was so easy for us to get cozy and relax! Dayna was responsive and kind, and even let us know that we could check in early! The lake view is so lovely and the atmosphere is so serene. Truly an ideal stay!

Daniel's place is spacious, clean, quite and well equipped. The reservation process was easy with plenty of pictures and detailed description of the place. Great place to stay in!

The decor and layout were really thought out. Every conceivable amenity was available. She clearly put a lot of thought into the decor and the amenities provided.

Joshua's condo was great! We hadn't realized the internet was done when we arrived, but Joshua immediately reached out to inform me, and gave me very simple instructions to resolve the issue. I appreciated that! The location was great and the condo was clean upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay. Montira was so communicative and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Just wanted a week away with my girlfriend on the water and this was a perfect place, it felt like everything was less than 20 minutes away and there’s multiple places within 5 minutes to eat at. Was extremely clean inside and looked just like the pictures the amenities were very nice as well. William did a great job of communicating everything and left me no questions during the entire trip I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon! We loved the back patio here, being able to keep the doors open and hear the water & feel the breeze without having to worry about bugs was amazing! My husband loved the hammock. We could hear the neighbors above us when they had music playing & when they walked around like Johnathan had mentioned but once it was quiet hours we didn’t hear anything. So that’s just something to expect! Johnathan & Rebekah were great at communicating in a timely manner to any questions we had & were so nice. Would recommend staying here on your weekend getaway!
