Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sunset District, San Francisco

The house is clean, quiet and spacious with lots of natural light. I loved the location close to the beach and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We were very comfortable and the hosts were very helpful. We had a great stay!

Wonderful and clean place to stay! Place was bright in the daytime (skylights), kitchen was well equipped, toddler toys were great for entertaining little ones. No iron (and it wasn’t listed) but there is dryer on the bottom level and you can refresh any wrinkled clothes that way. 😉 Great location as a supermarket (Safeway), restaurants, and bank (Wells Fargo) are all within 2 blocks - and Golden Gate Park is m closeby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the street is nice and wide and it was great having a driveway in SF! The street parking also isn’t as horrible as other areas so all in all, an stress-free and comfortable place to stay. Jessica and Daniel were also super helpful in answering questions prior to booking (my elderly father requires handrail for climbing stairs and the staircase has one). Highly recommend Jessica and Daniel’s place and would love to stay here again next time in SF.

Pam was a fantastic host. Super responsive. One of the nights, there was an issue with the kitchen sink and she fixed it right away. Her place matched the photos and was nice and clean. The backyard is great. She let us use it for a picnic. I would definitely stay here again 🙂

Irena's place was the perfect, affordable place for our family to explore San Francisco. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and a super easy launching point to explore F but not necessarily be in a busy/touristy area. We loved the proximity to Golden Gate Park.

Overall great space for two in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in the city. Parking was also great, we were able to park just a few feet from the Airbnb all three days we were there. Just keep in mind that the hosts live in the unit above the Airbnb, so there was noise coming from that direction during the day-however it was quiet/peaceful during nighttime.

I had a fantastic stay here! The apartment is clean and beautiful. Very easy to communicate with Anthony and Eva too. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable. Perfect location for us as we attended a wedding in Forest Hill. Very easy walk to West Portal shops and Muni.

We were two couples sharing the space, and this AirBnB was great for our five-day trip to SF. We appreciated the plentiful amenities that the host provided, especially all the towels, toiletries, and snacks, and the location was great! Larry was extra accommodating with our early check-in, and he was always prompt to respond. Our only callouts for future guests are that the wi-fi was pretty weak, and that the couch only sits two adults (there were a couple of table chairs, but nothing particularly comfortable for long periods). All things considered though, a great stay! Thank you :)

I am so grateful for my stay in Dylan And Alex's place! It was clean, safe, quiet, easy to check in, and easy to check out. I was able to walk everywhere - grocery, restaurants, and all types of stores within walking distance. Dylan and Alex are so friendly and proactive to be helpful. We enjoyed another weekend at Dawn’s eclectic artist retreat. The space is unique, comfortable and spacious. The garden is beautiful and inviting. Dawn provided delicious blueberry muffins for breakfast. We look forward to a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It feels like home away from home and had everything you could possibly want for a SF vacation. We really appreciated Anthony’s flexibility on our check-in and check-out and the facilities that were available at the home. Our family would come back here any day. The home has so much character, charm, warmth and is so cozy. We had a hectic travel schedule but always caught up on great sleep as the beds are so comfortable. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Toni and Philip were so kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect for my spouse, myself, and 17 month old. There are great restaurants within walking distances and perfect access to different sites around SF. We stay at a lot of AirBnb’s and this was a great experience. We hope to return. Lovely stay in a peaceful neighborhood We had such a great time staying here! The place is cozy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is super quiet and beautiful — perfect for relaxing. The host was wonderful: very friendly and always quick to help with anything. The backyard was a real highlight for us — it’s full of safe and fun things for a toddler, including a slide, a sandbox, and plenty of space to run and play. Our child absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave! We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend.

A great place to stay in the Castro. It's located on a quiet residential street, well-furnished, comfortable, clean, and conveniently situated. It's a large space. The backyard and private patio are lovely spaces, perfectly maintained. The bed is very comfortable, and the couch is large. I hope I can return soon!

Everything was fine. The apartment had everything you need. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. Very quiet. Separate entrance. Towels and bed linen are soft and fragrant. The sleeping mattress is good. By location, we chose this place as it was near our son's place. Therefore, we can't rate it as tourists.

Cory's place was absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. Everything was spotlist clean. Bed and couch were extremely comfortable. The area was so fun. We will definitely be back.

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. Amiin Amiin Amiin) - our doas to Allah SWT to grant you more Rezki for providing us a safe great home to stay. Boys wanna come back to SFO and re-stay at your home again! Thank you Nader

I highly recommend staying at Gillian’s place in Mill Valley. My friends and I truly enjoyed our girls weekend there. The place is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and very clean. Gillian provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay again in the future. We really loved the location!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Eileen and Simon were fantastic hosts. They were always responsive and gave great recommendations for eateries. We also forgot to pack face wash, and he was very responsive and accommodating in letting us use a bottle of his. 10/10 would recommend

Terrific location, lovely space, it was the perfect place for our SF getaway!

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was impeccably clean, very quiet, and cozy. It's in a prime location with plenty of outdoor activities and restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, Andrew was super communicative and offered excellent local recommendations and tips!
