House holiday rentals in Sunset Valley

Great location for a girls weekend. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants on Congress Street. The pool was lovely and the perfect little oasis during a hot day. Only downside was the construction right next door that started at 7AM everyday, but we understood that this is out of the host’s control. Would stay again, perfect walkable location in a very nice neighborhood.

Quant and quiet, so much better than a hotel/motel! Great little room with full bath. The bed took some adjusting to, yet the pool made it TOTALLY worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, immensely.

Vanessa and her team were very responsive to our questions before check in and during our stay! The home was very cool and shaded and a nice escape from the Texas heat. Very clean and spacious.

This weekend was nothing short of amazing. And the house matched the vibe to a T.

First time in Austin for a wedding/family trip. The home was very clean and minimally decorated (which we appreciate having a toddler). The pool was very well maintained and we got a lot of use out of it. We also appreciated the gate around the covered back porch to separate the pool from the house and was a great place to hang out for breakfast, nap time, or evenings when not in the pool to block the sun on hot days. The fence around the pool was nice for privacy purposes. Ann was very responsive with any questions we had. Overall the space was exactly what we needed for our trip and is very well maintained. Would definitely stay again if back in Austin!

Phenomenal backyard complete with a cowboy pool and lots of seating. The location and decor were great as well. We will definitely be back.

I truly can’t say enough great things about the location and about our hosts! First, the home was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! The views of the hill country from the bedroom and the back porch are BREATHTAKING! It was a dream location for our getaway wedding and I can’t be more thankful! Arielle was so kind and very helpful with recommendations! We really can’t wait to come back as soon as we can! I would recommend this to everyone, but I really want to be selfish and keep this gem hidden to myself ❤️

We had a great time in, the location is really good for driving to downtown Austin. None of the major eateries were far away. Monica was very responsive and checking in was probably easier than any place I've been to. Our dog felt right at home as well. All in all, everything was good.

Lovely home in great area. Loved the plush bath towels and oscillating fans for every room. Very responsive host who made great recommendations for places to eat in the area. Allowed a late checkout! Highly recommend.

This is a nice space with great access to trails and also a terrific taco place across the street. The dryer and top-loading washer were really nice and seemed brand new. I personally prefer a top-loading washer in an Airbnb since cleanliness on a front-loading gasket can be hit or miss. Carlton was very responsive and friendly. All instructions were clearly delineated.

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect as we prefer south Austin because it’s easy to get to downtown, but not busy. The beds are cozy and the kitchen has great amenities. Charles and Mona were great at communication. They fixed a couple (small plumbing and handyman) issues so quickly and sent great support for that. Will definitely book again!

Had a comfortable stay while our house was being repaired due to a flood. The house is clean and welcoming. Parking is available right under a carport.

What a wonderful refuge! I was in town for a work event and looked forward to returning to the casita each evening. Very stylishly appointed but also incredibly thoughtful in its design. Ultra comfortable. Gina was super responsive to questions, though the home layout and instructions are so clear I didn't have many. Stay here—you will be happy you did.

The house is pristine and has very comfortable sleeping arrangements for a group! The area is very walkable to businesses. Christine is an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our trip more comfortable.

Sometimes the best part of an Airbnb is the host themselves and how they communicate. Justin encouraged being open to communication to ensure we were happy with the accommodation. He was responsive and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable and easy. We loved the style of the home and decor and it was prefect place to rest in the midst of a family wedding and many festivities over a holiday weekend.

This was a great Airbnb! Very clean, well decorated space. Comfy beds, washer and dryer, easy parking. Would definitely stay again.

OMG THIS PLACE WAS SO CUTEEE!! I went here for my bachelorette trip and could not have asked for a better, cuter place to stay in Austin! Rachel was super responsive and so helpful, even letting me get there a little before my check-in time. The rooms were so clean and comfortable with a lot of accommodations. I would 100% recommend if you are looking for a cute place for a bach trip or just a fun place to stay in Austin!! I loved ittttt!!

We stayed here and lived the place, Ella was a wonderful host and helped with any small request we had. The space was beautiful and elegant. It rained so we were not able to enjoy the pool, but it looks lovely and the location was perfect for getting downtown in a jiffy.

We stayed here for a month and it was great! Great location in South Austin, peaceful neighborhood, and just as described! Stewart was really helpful and responsive as well.

Pool and backyard area were the entertainment center of the house. Lovely and very private. The main living area spacious and bright.

We really enjoyed our stay. Her place made us feel at home in a new city. There were lots of things to do and places to go nearby, and Kallista's place was a great and cozy way to visit Austin.
