Apartment holiday rentals in Sunshine Coast

The apartment is very clean and in a great location, 10 minute walk from the town centre and main beach. Julie was wonderful and responded back to anything we needed instantly!

Sam's place was excellent for our requirement. Easy to find and very close to Noosa Junction shops and restaurants. As everyone mentions, it was spotlessly clean. Great little outdoor area to sit in the evening. Awesome Airbnb. RECOMMEND!

Sams place was a comfortable clean and tidy unit in a central area but also peaceful with great views of the beautiful maroochy river. Sam's communication was very prompt. Check in was a breeze. Thank you.

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Pat’s place is in a great location, walking distance to King’s Beach and the local cafes and the surf club. The apartment is a good size and the rooftop is amazing. Pat provides lots of local recommendations and detailed instructions to assist. Communication was very easy and would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Caloundra.

We had a lovely weekend in this modern and clean unit. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and we loved that it had a little yard. It had all the amenities we needed. Patrick's communication was amazing and would definitely recommend to others or use again for future Noosa visits.

Fantastic place with fantastic views

I had a beautiful 2-night solo getaway at this Kings Beach unit and it was just what I needed to unwind. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is amazing—just a short stroll to the beach and cafes, but still quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Would definitely return next time I need a little solo recharge :)

Glorious location great view also a very spacious balcony. The penthouse was spotlessly clean, quality linen on the most comfortable beds in all three rooms. Rita was an amazing host we will definitely recommend her property and make it our Sunshine Coast getaway. also great fishing on the river

We felt right at home in Alex’s apartment as soon as we stepped through the door. The apartment had everything we needed (including lovely wine glasses!). Beds were comfy, large TV, beautiful kitchen but the best part is the view! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning enjoying the morning sun while taking in the relaxing ocean view. The apartment was easy to find, Alex gave clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Parking was easy, car spot in secure underground parking with direct lift access to apartment. Walking distance to beach and local shops. Excellent variety of shops including restaurants, cafes, bottle shops and IGA just a few blocks away. We enjoyed our stay so much, wished we had booked for longer!

A perfect stay, so comfortable and clean. Marcoola is a beautiful place. Would stay here again.

The location of the house is good, very close to Noosa National Park. I really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach through the forest trail. The hosts were very responsive and communicated promptly.

What a beautiful place! The space was so thoughtfully put together, and it had everything I needed and more. The attention to detail and quality was evident throughout. It instantly felt like home. Narrelle was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

this is our second stay and again absolutely loved being here we will 100% be return guests it's a home away from just 1 million times better. Loved staying here! Beautiful, spacious apartment with great amenities! Walking distance to Hastings street with the bus stop right out the front if you need. Communication was great, very responsive and easy check in! Would recommend and definitely stay again! Thank you!

Lovely short stay, will come back again for a longer visit next time

Apartment was just as described with very comfortable bed. All the amenities that you would need for your stay. Easy to access the main area of Hastings street with a short uber ride (would not recommend trying to park a car down there though.)

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

The unit was beautifully clean and tidy and the deck was bigger than expected. Beautiful decor inside, everything you need close by, restaurants, shops, beach, walks. I really enjoyed my short stay.

Such an amazing find, best place we’ve stayed in the Sunshine Coast. We happened to book on a rainy weekend but that didn’t affect us at all as the apartment was perfect. Beautiful views, cosy interior and the spa on the roof make this place unique and in such a perfect location. Across the road from the beach for when the weather cooperated. Patisserie and fish shop nearby were excellent as well. Fantastic host, very organised and thorough with his check in and out, and gave us great recommendations. Definitely want to stay here again in future.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️
