Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

PLEASE NOTE: A house is being built next door during work hours so the daily rate has been adjusted. This studio is an open plan, industrial style guest house situated in front of the property as a separate dwelling with its own private entry. Tropical surrounds create a lovely ambiance & our beach is within walking distance. Peregian Beach village is 4 min drive to cafes, boutique shops & patrolled surf beach. Noosa 10 mins. Bus stop within walking distance.

Private Oasis

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Peregian Sunsets

Completely separate with private entrance. Studio with the most beautiful view of the National Park stretching for miles to the horizon from just over the fence. Private Courtyard and deck to watch the sunsets. 8 minute walk to the beach and close to Peregian Village. Birds and other wildlife are abundant. At night it is very quiet with all of the stars visible in the huge sky. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Fully airconditioned.

blu@bokbeach is a unique and stylish 1-bedroom (queen) guesthouse that is dog friendly and located in one of the Bokarina beach courts . Two single "Murphy beds" cater for additional adult guests. Direct access to a patrolled and dog off-leash beach. The coastal pathway that runs in the dunes parallel to the beach provides easy walking, cycling and electric scooter access from Point Cartwright to Caloundra.

“Sunrise Cottages” is to be found perched on the escarpment with a 180 degree North Easterly view of the hinterland and coastline. Each luxuriously appointed self-catering cottage has been designed for rest and relaxation. Unwind in a double spa, and be swept away by the magical views. We are an easy 1.2km walk from the quaint tourist village of Montville and a short drive to several places of interest.

Watch the sunset from the deck every night! 15 minutes drive to Coolum Beach and 5 minutes drive to Yandina. 10 minute drive to Mt Ninderry summit walk. There are two friendly cats at the property who will surely come to say hello. Note there is no public transport around this area.
