The cabin sits 60m from the regional train line, but don't let this deter you. The trains will peak your interest as they roll by, and the beautiful leafy-green outlook will allow you to immerse yourself in peaceful relaxation.

Set on a 2 acre block the property contains three fully-independent cottages. The loft cottage has an open plan kitchen / dining / living room as well as a bathroom downstairs, whilst upstairs provides a spacious sleeping area with a queen bed and 2 single mattresses. Surrounded by greenery, the property has an outdoor woodfire bbq, alpacas and chickens.

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
