Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

The Studio is a Bright, clean, airy and stylishly decorated 1 bedroom studio apartment on the lower level of our home, two steps up so not disability friendly, ideal for couples, (sorry not child friendly.] There is a well equipped kitchenette, large corner chaise lounge, pillow-topped queen size bed, romantic candlelit bedroom, Reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI, Large Smart Screen TV with Chromecast streaming device for watching Netflix, Stan or whatever platform you use. Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Our private and self contained two bedroom unit is on a large block, overlooking the cow paddocks, a creek at the back and lush nature surrounds - you will experience a true escape to the hinterland in the valley. Please note prior to booking, we live in our family home in the house above the airbnb and although we try to be very mindful of noise and footsteps, please know that you may hear small noises at times. The unit has a private entrance and is entirely your space to enjoy.

Our beautiful home is located in Coolum Beach and is only 2km from the main street/beach which is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive from cafes, beach, banks and restaurants. We have a 1-bedroom self contained apartment with kitchen, separate lounge & dining area, a bathroom with separate toilet, a backyard with complete separate access and complete privacy
