Exactly as described! Very welcoming and had good recommendations. We had fun in Vancouver one day but spent most of our 4 days on the island and really enjoyed it.

The cabin of your childhood dreams…sit back, relax, enjoy the lake and connect with family/friends. North Lake has fabulous swimming and almost no bugs. The cabin has a lovely view and lots of different areas to sleep. Lynne was a great host, very attentive and communicative. We had a lovely time, thanks Lynne.

Raquel’s place is top notch - everything is exactly as described or better. Have rarely stayed at a better stocked Airbnb in terms of kitchen appliances, essentials, etc. The location is perfect for exploring Gibsons (5 min drive from everything). The farm itself is an amazing, peaceful slice of paradise, and last but not least, Raquel is an awesome host, sharing her deep local and farm knowledge and making sure you have a great stay on the Coast!

Perfect spot for a nights stay on Bowen. Very quaint little cottage equipped with all you need for the night. Comfy linens, great coffee set up and a nice little gas fireplace on the deck. Shared bathroom with the main house which is made very comfortable. 2 very cute chickens and some kitty’s. Catherine is responsive and accommodating.

I stayed at Lauri's place for a week while working remotely, and it was exactly what I needed. The deck offers a great view - perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The area is quiet and peaceful, I could really focus during the day and relax afterwards. Even though it wasn't a vacation, I left feeling recharged. The cabin, though small, was well-equipped and comfortable, and the natural beauty around made it a memorable experience.

What an absolute gem of an airbnb. We had our privacy the entire stay. Cabin was spacious and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Well stocked kitchen with a comfortable living space. The backyard was spacious enough for our big dog and there are many trails close by. The fire pit with the lawn chairs allowed us to sit back and relax with a nice fire. This was a great getaway. I highly recommend Keitha’s Airbnb!

I booked Karen’s micro cabin as a birthday trip for my mom, and it was absolutely perfect. Tucked into the peaceful forest of Halfmoon Bay, this cozy little retreat is full of charm and warmth. The wood stove kept us toasty in the evenings, and we especially loved the adorable outdoor shower—with very hot running water! It was such a unique and refreshing way to start the day. We did a beautiful hike through Smuggler Cove Marine Provincial Park, just a short drive away, and came back to total peace and quiet in the woods. The cabin is thoughtfully designed, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karen was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip, and we felt truly taken care of. This was such a special experience—one we’ll both remember for a long time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Garth’s beautiful, remote retreat. The home was peaceful, clean, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what we were hoping for. Our host was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience, and it really made our stay feel special. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with thoughtful touches and top-notch hospitality.

We were a family group of 4 adults and loved the tiny house. It really is tiny but very well organised and equipped. The outside space is great and we enjoyed star gazing and sitting around the firepit after dark.

This little cabin was everything we needed for our anniversary trip with our dog. The space was just right and it had everything we needed. The surroundings are so beautiful and we loved having coffee on the deck just listening to the birds. Danielle was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend!

This tiny home exceeded our expectations! The place felt brand new and was the perfect accommodation for a weekend getaway - close proximity to local attractions, easily accessible, comfortable and clean. Ben was responsive to any inquiries we had and provided a detailed list of suggestions for Gibsons. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gibsons.

Great peaceful spot. Super quiet and private and Jane was very responsive any time we had a question. We were on Bowen to golf and the location was perfect…super close to the course. Well built little modern studio cottage, nicely decorated and squeaky clean. Really comfortable king bed. Great shower. Only add I would make would be window screens; which I know can be challenging with casement style windows. Light and bright, which we loved. If you plan to sleep in, bring sleep masks…which we did and it made the stay perfect. Will be back! Thanks Jane!

The property is stunning. Private and wild. We had a deer come visit us and my son talked about it for days. We also saw garter snakes, birds, and chipmunks. Paths are definitely tricky to manage so take care. Kids should absolutely be supervised when outside, even on the deck. But despite that the place was quite child friendly. Be aware there are no books or toys so families should come prepared.

Great host and amazing scenery

Tim and Karen were the best air b n b hosts we’ve had!! So kind and accommodating! Tim went above and beyond to make this stay great for us. The cabin was so peaceful and perfect for a few day couples getaway!! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Bowen island :)

We had a great time here. Cheyenne was immediately welcoming. It felt like her positivity rubs off on everybody around and all of our neighbours were friendly because of it. The cabin is very unique and beautiful, it felt like we were staying in a firewatch tower with the height and big panoramic windows. Already planning to go back.

Melanie's bed was the comfiest bed I've ever stayed on all of the airbnbs we've stayed :) The tiny home had everything we need even a full kitchen! Even has some netflix, a nice couch, and a cute little shower room. We ended upstaying for a night before we hiked the Tiny Hut Cabin. This place is close to the ferry and about 20mins to Wallmart too. Melanie was very quick to responding too. Thank you Melanie. We still want to know where you got your bed! hehe

This is going to be a long review but worth it! We decided to spend half our honeymoon on the Sunshine Coast. I found the cabin while looking for the best deals. It did not disappoint! The beach access was BLISSFUL, especially the waterfall. Great for swimming if you can handle the cold water! Plus the privacy made us very comfortable. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed. Don’t be intimidated by reviews mentioning the loft or the water temp. We quickly got used to climbing up to one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. After a short explanation, I got the hot water right the first time. Just a tip, the trick is to turn it all the way on until it gets to super hot, then turn back to the 11 o’clock position so it doesn’t shut off. Running the bathroom sink at the same time helps with flow. Eleonora was even more amazing than the cabin! A 1000 character review is not enough to cover how wonderful she is. If we come back, we’re staying again! Thank you Ele!!!

This was my second stay at this airbnb. The location is very convenient to get to from Vancouver on public transit. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The cabin is comfortable and clean and private, and has everything you need. Check in/out was easy and it felt very safe as a solo traveller. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s place! The surroundings were stunning, with a beautiful water view and a lovely garden that made the experience even more special. Michelle was an incredible host, very kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even staying up late just to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed. When we requested extra bakeware, she provided it right away. The home felt cozy and inviting, truly a home away from home. We highly recommend staying here!

The outdoor toilet and shower were not only convenient but also surprisingly charming, adding to the unique experience.
