The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

An open-concept living area showcases large glass doors that provide a seamless transition to the outdoors. Natural light floods the space, highlighting comfortable seating options and a dining area. Lush greenery and ocean views are visible through the windows, creating a serene ambiance.
