Excellent, much better than expected. The photos don't do real justice for what you find. The area is fantastic, an urbanization in the middle of the forest with places to get lost, everything absolutely clean and green. Riachuelos, lakes, meadows with immense pinadas... absolute silence, just noise of nature. The house is perfect. We were 5 and with 3 full bathrooms we had no problem at all. The kitchen equipment is perfect, it has absolutely everything and the appliances even though they are a little old work wonder. We don't miss anything in our house. The urbanization has private surveillance 24h so you have an extra peace of mind. At no time we closed the main gate of the plot and so we saw the normal in the urbanization is that everyone leaves it open, at least during the day. The plot is beautiful, with many trees and very green. The cleanliness of the house of 10, between Airbnb and Booking I think this was one of the cleanest found

The apartment was really nice! It lacked nothing and we felt really comfortable. Our two children (3 and 5) also had a good time. It was a pity that the pool was not yet open, despite the 35°C.

We had a great New Year's Eve in this cottage. The decor is modern and very nice, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. We felt right at home during our stay, and in addition, we are very grateful that our dogs are allowed to be taken. For summer it has to be even more impressive with the exteriors. Definitely a place we would love to go back to. Highly recommended!

Yes, you really want to disconnect from the routine, this place is definitely spectacular. Apart from that the house has a very good location it has many places to visit I recommend good shoes because if you really want to know you have to walk. Million thanks all 10/10☺️☺️☺️

The stay was wonderful, it exceeded expectations. It's a very spacious house with good social areas in a wonderful neighborhood. Too bad it's so hot in the summer. We'll be back for sure.

Not only for the location , the cleanliness that everything had was unbeatable , super decoros nearby ,bars and restaurants nearby , parks for children , easy parking....but above all the kindness of the Host Maria ...from the first moment attentive in everything and a charm the treatment she gives . We had a wonderful stay at Judicaël‘s place. We lived there for five months from January to May. The apartment is charming and comfortable and well equipped for cooking and having people over. We loved the neighborhood. It had a very local feel with lots of good grocery stores and restaurants. The proximity to Casa De Campo is amazing and made biking and hiking easy. It is an easy 30 minute walk to the centre and there are also great public transportation links. Judicaël is a pleasure to interact with. Although she no longer lives in Madrid, she is very friendly and responsive and was always available to help with any problems or questions. Highly recommend!!

Adalberto is the perfect host. Very helpful and flexible. His property is extremely clean and modern and in an amazing location. Could not recommend the property high enough, excellent in all respects and will come again, 5 stars!!

All the apartment equipped to have a good stay

The place is very quiet and there are very nice views of the lake, the terrace is perfect for lunch and see the sunrise and the lake, the apartment has a very cool fireplace and it is very comfortable, with the host the communication is very good and the instructions very clear, we have been very comfortable.

Very beautiful area, the apartment is very comfortable and has a great big bed! I really enjoyed spending time on the balcony, listening to the birds.

From the first moment, the deal with Pablo, the host, was excellent, making the stay very easy. The experience, although short, has far exceeded expectations and we will definitely come back. With the river 42 steps away (yes, I counted them) the heat has not been noticed. The house is full of corners created with taste and charm and, for us (creatives by profession) they have even been inspiring. Thank you Pablo!!!

The house is perfect to spend a few days and enjoy with friends. The outdoor area has everything you need to enjoy summer days (bbq, pool, porch, views...) as well as the game room. I would definitely choose it again!

Not perfect but very good for the price, however we did not had internet until our last day

We are delighted with the stay, not only is the place perfect to disconnect and be quiet with your loved ones; but Alberto is a great host. We had an adverse event and he came in person to help us in every way he could. The place is amazing, and it has all the amenities, they take care of every detail. We are very grateful for the treatment we received, and we will not hesitate to return!
