Ifan was a lovely host, He was incredibly responsive to all our messages beforehand and ensured a smooth check-in process, The house was tidy, providing a comfortable environment for our entire stay and everything we needed was readily available. Rosa was great was accommodating to our requests. The place is quite central to Surabaya and close to lots of places. House is also very big for the price that you pay!

What a wonderful experience. Clean residence, nicely arranged interior and facilities offered in accordance with the description. My mother, who is usually a little picky, is safe without complaints. My family and I had a great time here. We loved the place. The living area is spacious & clean, the linens were all clean, the building is beautiful. We loved the building facility as well. It’s got a nice pool & gym we could use! The location is great too! More than happy to return 😊

The studio is accessable to the mall, swimimming pools and gym. Plenty of restaurants in the mall if you are lazy to go out. The studio is clean, all equipments and furnitures are working well. Wifi working well. The instruction is clear enough to self check in and out. Enough elevators for guests, eventhough it might need to wait a bit during peak morning and afternoon hours. But overall it is a nice experience.

The location is above pakuwon mall so this entertainment is perfect if it's a staycation in Surabaya. But for check in and check out as exhausting as having to go inside the mall first. The water heater works well, cable tv is available, there is only 1 mattress but a folding mattress is provided in the closet. Can make water hot. The size of the room is not too spacious but enough for those with small children. View is great at night time.

Stayed for 3 nights. Spacious, clean, tidy unit. Fully equipped. Friendly admin. Highly recommended to stay.

The room is clean and well maintained, because it is still brand new. The facilities provided are quite adequate. It is very pleasant to stay here.

Dave is a very friendly and responsive host, who is quick to answer any questions or concerns. Educity is very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly, with a nice gym and pool. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was big enough to prepare meals in. There are plenty of places around the building to get a quick meal or do your laundry, and the mall nearby often has events with a variety of food for sale. Legendary Hinoya curry is a must try and staying at Dave's apartment puts you in a great location to explore the city.

Good location, Clean, the host fast response

Esayuri was such a great host. Communicating with her was easy, from booking until check out. And she was a big help too.. The location was great, close to airport, food and nice shopping mall in east Surabaya. Bed was comfortable, we had such a great stay there. The fun part was the swimming pool that we got to use in the 4-stars hotel next door (in the same complex as the apartment - within walking distance). Gym was great too.. Would definitely go back there again in the future. Well done Esayuri! Definitely a great bargain for us :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Jonathan’s apartment, it’s within walking distance to Pakuwon Mall, so you can easily buy foods and shopping. The place is relatively quiet and spacious. The communication is excellent too, he is very responsive if I have any questions.I would like to stay at Jonathan’s apartment again I visit Surabaya again. Thank you again for making my stay pleasant.

Had a fantastic stay at the apartment! It is very spacious with a modern ambiance. The unit was clean, and very comfortable. The location itself is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the mall and lots of good foods within walking distance. The host was wonderful, they provided clear instructions. Definitely will stay here again.
