Tiny house holiday rentals in Surat Thani

Omg what a beautiful stay in this comfy jungle getaway! It’s a great place if you would like to recalibrate to nature and feel at home somewhere in your stay on Samui. I had so much fun with my Thai grandma, Payip, the grande madam of the house. I did not rent a bike for my week there, mostly enjoyed the solitude and one day walked 40 mins to the beach, which was glorious — the nature walk and the ocean experience. Just make sure to bring plenty of food to cook aside from the breakfast they lovingly offer, if you aren’t going to rent a bike. Enjoy!

It's not bad for one night.

It was a wonderful vacation in Pony Hill Villa. We was there for a whole month ant it was great. All villas (we occupied two of them with our friends) are clean, light, modern and comfortable. Nice pool. You are surrounded by trees and mountains. This place is very quiet and under security. There are all crockery you need in Pony Hill. Also there is TV and DVD, but we didn't use it. We had free cleaning every week and there was only one additional charge, it was electricity (about 1200 bat for a month). Internet isn't very fast (about 10 Mbps for download and 1 Mbps for upload), but it's normal situation for Samui. Chaleeya and her husband Nick are very hospitable. They organized our transfer from Lipa Noi pier and back. And Nick even gave me some lessons how to ride a bike. Chaleeya is always online in Whatsapp, so it's very convenient to keep in touch with her. The distance from Pony Hill to Bophut beach is about 5-7 minutes by bike, and it's much better then to live near the sea, because there are a lot of tourists on the beach. There was only a couple of little drawbacks. It was humidity in the bathroom and very strong air conditioner. But it's no problem for us.

We really liked the design of the apartment and enjoyed the very nicely done pool. Unfortunately the apartment surrounded by more plants and with a nice terrace in the shadow, which we deliberately booked, was already taken by a yearly renter. It was a very quiet place on a small hill, which was well reachable with a taxi or the motorbike in 5 minutes from the fisherman’s village (25 min. by foot).

Extremely nice care by Tantika's father. The complex is small but nice in a quiet corner of Lamai beach. The bungalow was great, especially liked the softer mattress. We will be happy to come back.

We dealt with Tim who is the co-host. Was very helpful with booking trips and taxis. Was also very quick to respond.

Magnificent cabin! From the first minutes you feel like home. Very cozy, amazing bed linen, everything is new. The cabin is equipped with everything you need and even more. The only thing is, it may be a little noisy, because it is very close to the road. I'd love to come back 🩵

We had a wonderful two weeks at the Tiny House. It was clean, full of amenities and the bed was huge. Sarah was very friendly and helpful, responding to our messages within 5-10 minutes and giving clear instructions and good ideas. Scooter was very neccessary to be flexible and easy to get to anything because of the house's location off the main road in the village. But with the scooter you can get a great vibe and ride with the locals. During our holiday the beach (the water) was dirty due to stormy weather so we had to go to another beach to swim, this was the only "inconvenience" of the whole place. If we get the chance to go to Samui, we will 100% return to Tiny House!

Awesome place, secluded and in the jungle. We seriously loved our stay. If you book, just look up Cheowlan Camp and Resort nearby the pin, and follow directions to get there. The actual pin leads you to the middle of nowhere.

We felt completely comfortable in the stylish and cozy tiny house. The location and views are simply stunning. There's nothing missing in the decor. There are both busier and secluded beaches in the area, everything your heart desires.

I really enjoyed my stay! It was very clean and just like in the pictures. A cute and cozy place in a quiet location, just a short drive from the center of Chaloklum. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, and the nearby café was super convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they were responsive and available for anything I needed. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!

We were there for the Festival. The location is great, just a short walk from the Festival itself but quiet. There is a private stair to the river where you can swim or feed the fish. The Waterfall is also very close. We loved it. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We got a free breakfast every morning. Yummie! We already booked it again for next year! :)

What a wonderful magical & lush place in the jungle right by a river. This place has been created with love and is synchronized with nature and its surroundings. We loved the little hut by the river. The hosts are very friendly and although understanding each other sometimes is difficult, they do their very best to make your stay a great one. The vegetarian food was one of the best I had in Thailand (orange curry + Tom Yam were full of flavor and no msg) and the breakfast was made with love. We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s perfect for exploring the nature around by scooter without having to stay in touristy areas as Khao Sok village. 100 % recommendation. :) <3

The tiny house was very clean and new - I loved that bugs and insects couldnt come inside due to the sliding doors and mosquito nets in front of the bathroom window gaps. Beautiful garden, very friendly host, yummy breakfast which I was only able to eat once due to my busy schedule. Highly recommended!

I was there for almost a month and I felt at home immediately. Great apartment with good and clean facilities. We had a pizza night and met all other nomads which was great and fun evening ❤️ Thanks you Rama, Lucas and Marisol. I’ll come back :)

We love our stay here! The bed was the most comfy bed, a very comfortable space and it had everything you need. Also complimentary snacks were a great touch we loved 🥰 As for the cats, yes there is a lot of cats, I believe they are living underneath, but they are super cute and adorable. Some days we see lots, some days we saw 1, they didn’t bother us at all and love a cuddle! We stayed for 11 days and ended up paying only an extra 550baht for electricity, the aircon was on most days, but we mostly slept with just a fan at night. :)

Our stay at Nibbana Bungalow was very nice! The property offers all the needs for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the proximity to the sea and the surroundings. A small note: Due to tide and tide, the beach is not usable at any time of the day, but a lot can be bathed - the whole thing did not detract from our stay – on the contrary, it was fascinating to watch the natural spectacle and the magical sunsets:)

If you don't have a bike, you'll get tired of walking. The nearest beach is over 1 km away, but it is not very beautiful and has rocks in the water. The beach at the fishing village is much more beautiful and the water is incredibly beautiful in color. But it's a 30-minute walk to it, and even uphill and downhill. You'll wonder if you even want to walk like this every day. There are also features with ants, frogs, centipedes, etc. This is a jungle, you need to take this into account too. You can't have tea on the terrace in the evening because the mosquitoes will eat you. Otherwise, everything matches the description, a sympathetic girl. The photo matches. Excellent water pressure, there is a shower door, which is rare in Asian countries. The air conditioner is working.
