Thanks Fi for a fabulous stay! Your place had something special for everyone and was truly a well equipped ‘home away from home’. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer! Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

We had such a cozy and peaceful stay in Cape Paterson in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed and more. It is modern but fits right in with the surrounding natural scenery. It was clean, safe and private, and within walking distance of the beach, as well as the tavern and cafe. Kainen was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall, a perfect stay.

Lovely retreat. It was just perfect for my doggo and I. Clean, quiet and close to the beach. Thanks for letting us stay.

Marg was an absolutely amazing host. She gives you great recommendations of things to see and do the surrounding area. Instructions were very clear and her home is beautiful. Clean with everything you need. She is very responsive and very friendly. 10/10 experience.

Paul & Lisa’s place was exactly what we needed. Just a beautiful little cottage, 700 meters walk from the beach which we loved. The house was completely fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Paul was so quick to respond every time we had a question about something. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We will definitely stay there again. We just did not want to leave!!! Thanks guys, you should be proud 🙏

Lovely spot in surf beach, you can walk to beach and house came with lots. Very clean and well maintained. We had a lovely time and would definitely return to this house.

Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

beautiful house for perfect family getaway. kids loved pool/theatre room. adults loved sauna. fireplace nice and homely with lots of wood supplied. short drive to shops/restaurants. would definitely return.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ems. Fab home, and we had a card waiting for us with lots of other lovely treats! Brekky, bread, wine. The best bit is the outdoor bath and the view from the little terrace. Em was lovely and very responsive. Thanks for making our anniversary special!

Downstairs is luxurious and spacious. Upstairs has expansive views and water glimpses. Upstairs bathrooms a bit dated, but very functional. A great setup for our party of 8 across 3 generations

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

Absolutely gorgeous space, we felt right at home immediately. Shushana was a fantastic communicator making sure we had everything we needed. Will absolutely be considering staying again next time we're in the area

Me and my friends had a great stay at Victors place! It was super cosy and had everything we needed. We stayed in most of the time and cooked / ate together which we enjoyed a lot. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Overall would highly recommend!

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

We had a lovely weekend staying in this fabulous beach shack. The bedding and furniture are hotel standard and the kitchen has everything you would need. I had a strum on the guitar and the kids loved the trampoline. We were so close to the Wooli Tavern where we had dinner when we got in late on Friday. All in all a great stay and would come back again.

Just perfect in every way! Beautifully appointed with thoughtful personal touches, from the luxurious linen ( the most comfortable bed!) and towels, organic toiletries and beautiful crockery, to the gorgeous art and industrial-feel cabinetry…. Spotlessly clean and with every amenity available…. An inviting, comfortable indoor space complimented by a lovely lush and peaceful outdoor area…. Great heater, beautiful hot shower and plenty of blankets etc for a cosy winter stay…. Would be just as amazing in summer! Cass was lovely to deal with, so kind with great communication. Thank you again Cass for a most beautiful stay, 10/10 would recommend!!

Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?

We had an amazing time during our 2-night stay here. The house was spotless on arrival and equipped with great amenities, including a BBQ. It’s located in a quiet area with minimal traffic and is just a short walk to the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful weekend away - such a beautiful spot with lovely views out to the water but still able to be cosy by the fireplace! The house was very clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed! Look forward to staying again in the future :)
