Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Surfside Beach

A DREAM beachfront vacation, especially for families with young children. The house is very clean. We had the pool heated for our stay- the pool is perfect for everyone in the family. Our children especially loved having the ability to enjoy themselves in the water on the tanning ledge. The master bedroom has the most beautiful view. The private beach access was great. We loved having our meals on the screened in porch. The charcoal grill was great for burgers & hotdogs for lunches and dinners. The 4 rocking chairs on the deck porch were relaxing for the morning cup of coffee or the evening cocktail. Plenty of parking. Pack & play available. I had happy tears arriving to this listing- it truly is a gem beachfront rental. It has everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation at the beach. There were even beach toys for the kids, lounge chairs and a beach umbrella. Kristen was VERY responsive. Thank you for offering such a beautiful vacation home for families to make memories

Beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean property. Easy walk to the marsh walk area, yet quiet and peaceful. This was a nice house to share with a family group, with a big open common space, and two screened porches for quieter times. We didn't use the golf cart but that's a nice extra for those who would like. Love the hammock too!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surfside Beach, SC! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a peaceful, welcoming vibe. The breeze and ocean views were amazing, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our dog. The home was exactly as listed, with cozy linens, plenty of dish/laundry soap, and great amenities. We were there during the King Tide—no flooding and a cool experience. Minor note: a broom and ice would’ve been nice, but easy to manage. GPS may route you to a nearby public lot across the canal; future guests might appreciate delivery instructions in the welcome info. Overall, a fantastic, pet-friendly spot that we highly recommend. We’d gladly return!

Our stay at the rental home was amazing. The beach was simply steps away. The owners provided all beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler & a beach wagon so it was very easy to pack up our gear & go every day. All beach towels were also included. We loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our fur babies. The pool was also amazing. We could not be any happier with the total experience of renting this house. All instructions were clearly communicated in a very timely manner, & any correspondence with the owner was always answered very quickly. The house was very spacious. We had a total of 11 people & 3 dogs for our week long stay & with four bedrooms everyone was more than comfortable. There were also three full bathrooms, which was great & accommodated everyone to shower & get ready on a daily basis. The kitchen was well stocked with plates & silverware along with pots & pans, & it was very nice to see a ton games throughout the house for adults and children to play

Very much enjoyed the area. Loved the part be right on the beach, walking to pier every morning and watching sunrise The pool was enjoyable Highly recommend this place

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Stasy's condo. The room was beautiful and everything was clean and just as it looked in the pictures. We had a problem with the wifi and Stasy's associate came and got it fixed right away! She was very friendly and helpful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was helpful with keeping towels and clothes clean, so we didn't have to pack as much! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your space for the week!

The condo was exactly how the pictures looked. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was clean and well kept

Great condo, wonderful location 2 miles from Surfside Pier and 1/2 mile from garden city pier! Waters Edge building has everything you’d need; Pool, hot tub, plenty of seating, bar, restaurant and gift shop. Both towns are within walking distance. The condo has plenty of room for 6 people! Did I mention they are gated and security on a life guarded beach! Oh and a parking garage. The views are amazing! Book it and have a great time. Josh was very responsive. But everything was good from the start, so I didn’t have to bother him other than check in and out. I recommend eating at least one meal at Millstone Biscuit company! Don’t go home without eating breakfast or lunch there!

The unit was very clean. The host was able to be reached and communicate well. There’s no better location in my opinion. You’re steps from a restaurant and bar with nightly entertainment. There’s multiple pools and recreation all within walking distance. This area is nice, some of the areas were rundown and very poor conditions.

The kind of place you'd like to keep a secret but can't because others will appreciate it too. Very very comfortable, quiet and well equipped for our stay. Extremely clean and well kept. We'll definitely be back until our home is completed.

We had a great stay here . I’ll go ahead and recommend just eating at the in sight restaurant/ bar . It was cheaper than anything else in Myrtle Beach and was actually pretty good . The breakfast buffet was also a huge plus . The rooms a little smaller than we expected but it was still perfect for our stay and the price was hard to beat. Very close to Top Golf , Myrtle Beach Pelicans stadium and Broadway at the Beach . Location alone was worth the price . Beds were comfy and the AC worked well. The pool area was really nice and so was the jacuzzi .

This was our 5th trip to Murrells Inlet and our 2nd time staying in this building. We like that it's not a huge high rise (only 4 stories) and that there is on-site parking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I on our little get-away. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the view was unbeatable and we had some great weather to enjoy the beach. We brought our own beach chairs but there were some provided in a storage closet. Todd and Mandy were very responsive and accommodating during our trip. We had one hiccup when we arrived and they responded very quickly with a phone call and assistance. We definitely enjoyed our stay at "A Wave from It All"!

The place was great. The location was great and Christopher helped us with anything we needed. Definitely will look to stay again for our next trip!

Loved the condo!! the elevator on our side of building stopped working the day before we went home so we had to walk alot of steps to load up for departure. The people above us were very hard walkers and woke us up really early in the mornings and it was hard to find a place to park if you came back later at night but that's not the owners fault. other than that it was a great place and good loction.

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Carrie’s Airbnb! It truly felt just like home — cozy, clean, and exactly as pictured. Everything was well thought out and comfortable, making it the perfect getaway for our family. We come to the beach every summer, and we’ll definitely be returning to Ms. Carrie’s place. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Best kept secret in Myrtle Beach! Patrick’s place was exactly what we needed for me, my wife, and our four-year-old daughter. It was just across the street from the beach, a perfect location. I think it was a great value for what was provided. I really appreciated how Patrick went above and beyond to provide extra things to make things feel more at home like shampoo and conditioner, ziploc bags, basic seasonings for cooking, pots, and pans (and little things like that that are often forgotten or not thought about until you really need them!). The balcony was really nice to enjoy mornings and evenings. Also, the air conditioner was super powerful and kept us cool (I’d recommend keeping it at 73 or 74 as it gets cold fast!). From what I can tell, the pool is not open 100% of the time, but it was for us! It was a really nice to have this add-on and be able to swim in the pool, that was a huge bonus! The condo had everything that we needed including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. 5 stars!
