Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Surigao del Norte

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was very clean and the location was excellent — everything I needed was close by. There’s a great coffee shop with super friendly staff right inside the building, which was a huge plus. Having a laundry facility in the building was also really convenient. Across the street, there’s a really good Italian restaurant that I highly recommend. The internet connection was strong and reliable, perfect for working remotely. A couple of things to keep in mind: If you like to sleep in until 10–11 AM, it might be a bit challenging, as it gets quite noisy outside starting around 7 AM — kids running and adults talking loudly. Also, the power would occasionally go out, a couple of times per week, though it usually came back quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The villa was beautiful, even better than in the photos. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the life of General Luna while remaining in a quiet area. The staff were very welcoming and responded to all our requests, thank you to them! I would recommend this establishment 100%.

Great place and location. Worth the money

We loved renting this beach front property. It truly is a peaceful environment and so beautiful. Ricky made ALL the difference, he is the young man who manages the property and is always ready to help. We have teenagers so we rented motorcyles for everyone and we could get in and out easily to town to the beach to go surfing. I am not sure how people would get around if they did not have motorcyles b/c it's a little off the beaten path and exactly what we wanted. It's a real treat to have your own pool. The beach was right there and so breezy. I know everyone wants to be near General Luna but we actually loved being away from it all. We didn't know that we could surf at Ocean 10 and it was just a few minutes away by motorbike and much better than the famous Cloud 9 where it is too crowded.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were a multi family/multigenerational group of 7 so it was nice to have multiple rooms for everyone to have their own space. The staff at the mahogany house were very accommodating and helpful and Jens was always responsive online and checking in on us! The outdoor shower is also a nice touch to have after spending a day on the water before heading inside. The only issue we had during our time here were with the electricity/AC, and the staff were able to assist us in a reasonable amount of time each time we had an issue, even after hours. The AC unit in the room with double beds is different from the other 2 rooms and sometimes stopped working for us, but was easily fixed by the staff.

Staying at this beachfront villa in was honestly a dream. The moment I arrived, I felt so calm and grounded. The view of the ocean is beautiful ~ you wake up to ocean right in front and end your day with the most beautiful sunsets right outside your door. I was a bit nervous about the road going there after reading previous reviews but honestly it was fine. I didn’t have an issue at all getting to the villa. I think if you feel comfortable on a bike or scooter it’s totally okay, and with a car it’s also fine :) The space itself is designed with so much love and intention. Everything is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully curated, with little touches that make it feel like home. I spent my mornings barefoot on the sand, sipping cacao and meditating on the balcony. If you’re looking for a place to truly slow down, reconnect, and be inspired by the ocean, this is it. You can feel the good energy here. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for all

We had a generally pleasant stay at this villa. Check-in was smooth and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early. Ate Racel, was very kind and accommodating throughout our visit. The villa itself is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and felt safe during our stay. The rooms were tidy, the air conditioning worked well in both bedrooms, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. Despite some slightly loud neighbors, it was still quiet inside the rooms.

I stayed for two nights in Siargao and everything was great! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location made it easy to explore the island.

Great location. There's a house split into two units, your comfort will depend on the neighbors in the next unit. The AC works well. Also, the table from the picture is now outside the unit and may be used by your neighbors

Wow, this is a gem in Siaragao. So happy with it. Nice private apartment, full kitchen including good open heat stove, full fridge, rice cooker, kettle, and pots and pans and silverware. Felt like our little home. Great location, relatively quiet. Was so comfortable and clean, and the host was so responsible. I HIGHLY recommend this place, better than anything I found online or at any homestay. This place feels like a homestay and had a great host. It is a new apartment, so there were a few kinks and broken things , our bathroom had a small leak and had wet floor, but the host WAS GREAT about it and helped us fix it immediately after we texted. Great ac unit air conditioning too. The bed was comfortable. Really an amazing apartment and perfect locations for us. Close to General Luna but outside of the hustle and bustle. So close to sunset bridge and cloud 9! thank you so much to the hosts :)

Overall, great stay. The wins: Good wifi, central location, responsive host (Jay was always available and responsive), good a/c, hot water, water dispenser and the place looked exactly like the photos. There were some small aspects that could have be improved but overall, both Dennis and Jay were great hosts and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

Great find, wonderful stay with family. Centrally located, very near halika, walking distance to main tourism road places. Despite being bets to busy tourism road, the place was peacefully quiet. Wonderful kitchen amenities, very cold aircon in the living room and bedrooms, keypad access to main door streetside, then keyed entrance to the living room. The place is on the 2nd floor and would allow you to exercise bringing your luggage up. Right below the air bnb is the wonderful green wave cafe, a convenience store and boutique store. Just besides is a cellphone accessories & repair shop and another boutique. Across the street are a couple of spa and nail salon. A short 3 minute walk to where pan de coco and pan de surf is sold, the Catholic Church and other eating places/grocery stores. Con is the absence of doors to the toilet/bathroom, but can be an opportunity to bring the family closer!

This 1 BR unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Stayed here for 9 days. Everything is brand new. They have everything you need from kitchen utensils,stove,blow dryer,can opener. Water pressure is strong. Bathroom smells nice. Water smells clean. It feels just like home. Loved everything about this place. Was nice and private. Very friendly staff and very helpful. close to the main road with restaurants. Very Clean and tidy, and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again. Ram, thank you for being kind to everyone. Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing excellent recommendations for local spots and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect close to key attractions yet in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. The amenities exceeded expectations, from the comfy bed. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

We had a very wonderful stay at this place! The host was incredibly accommodating and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Even when there was a power interruption, the host kept us updated and reassured until everything was back to normal. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the thoughtful communication. My whole family are very comfortable in the house. Very clean, spacious , perfect for a family / group. I love the kitchen area talaga.You can cook, complete ang gamit pag luto, except sa mga lutuon of course. The only problem we had experience is the heater is not working, but still I will give 100% rate for this house we rented. Thank you Mam eva ans Mam Jocelyn for accomodating us. Till Next time

Jay was a great host and the apartment was exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and private. The only downside is the construction next door but hopefully they will be finished soon. The best part of the apartment is that there is solar battery backup so if the power goes out because of frequent brownouts, the apartment will still have power for aircon, lights, and the refrigerator. I've slept through many brownouts on the island and haven't even noticed because of his power backup system. I've stayed here at Jay's place many times and I look forward to staying here again. 5 stars!

We had an absolutely enchanting stay at Sing place! The design was stunning, and we loved waking up to the sound of birds. We found our Oasis. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond. The location was also perfect, allowing us to easily explore Siargao. Highly recommended!!

A great place!! We stayed there for a week and a half and was absolutely loved the place! Each room has a living room and a tv with Netflix and a table, big comfortable bed and hot water in the shower! They helped us with what we needed and we recommend this place if you want to be just close to the Main Street but in a quiet place!

This is a great place to stay! 1. Jocelyn, the caretaker is super kind and helpful + the owner communicates really well 2. the accommodation is BIG and comfortable and well equipped - a real home 3. the location is very convenient for the main city centre, the mall and the airport, but also easy to get out of the city
