Holiday rentals with a patio in Surin Beach

Excellent view and perfect for traveling nomads! I stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed it! The apartment sits atop the hill with one of the best views in the area. 5 mins away from the beach and anything else you could need. Communication was super fast and responsive. Overall I had a great stay!

It was a great stay and I would recommend this to anyone that is going to be in Phuket.

Such a beautiful place. It is in perfect location, close to all attractions. The host even provided snacks for us. Their place and them, both are warm and lovely!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Me and my friends stayed 3 nights at Erica’s place and we loved it. The apartment is the perfect size for a large group with open spaces and two bathrooms. Booking through Erica and Fady was incredibly easy and responsive. I would highly recommend these hosts and apartment too.

Loved the place! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The beach is a 20-minute slow walk. Great wifi, the most suitable for work. Everything is clean and cool!

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

Absolutely loved this place. The host Jennifer is extremely communicative and helpful. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s super accommodating. Make sure we have lots of recommendations in terms of restaurants things to do. I will definitely be booking this Airbnb again and recommending to others. Amazing experience 10 out of 10.

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. We really enjoyed our 6 night stay here. Communication with the host and co-host was very good and the check-in process was easy. The room itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex has good facilities with 3 pools, a rooftop bar, café & a gym. The location is good but you have to walk down a busy main road to get to the beach and restaurants. This is not a big problem as the complex runs free shuttle buses every 2 hours. There was some building work outside the apartment which was quite noisy but it didn't bother us as we were out most days. Overall this Airbnb is a great base for exploring Phuket and I would definitely stay here again.

Leon, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. The villa is exactly as it looks on the photos. It was extremely clean, easy to find and enter. It's visible that the place was used quite a bit (i.e. it's not new) but we felt extremely comfortable and it was absolutely worth the price. There is complete privacy and peace. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our host was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The place was beautiful, offering stunning scenic views of Phuket town. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

Great place to stay. Host is very responsive and suggested many nice places to visit. There’s a 7/11 very close to the house and a 24/7 tops also very near. View is beautiful. The massage place right under the building is also great.

Great place for a duo or solo traveler! Very cute and cozy, has everything you could need. The host was kind and responsive with anything I needed. The condo was in the heart of boat avenue, surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and a beach near by (25 mins). However, it's probably recommended to get a scooter/Grab because it's not easy to walk every where. But overall, great experience!

This apartment is amazing and the host Selly, easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever experienced. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything and nothing was a problem. The apartment itself is immaculate. Anyone who reviews otherwise is simply not telling the truth. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.
