Jay was very responsive any time I had a question and was very proactive. Pictures of the unit are precise and I will be staying here again. Love the gym area as well. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great accommodations

Beautiful place for my daughter and me with plenty of room near several restaurants and even a grocery store. The neighborhood felt safe, the condo felt private yet welcoming, and Krystal responded quickly to any questions.

Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

Great stay amazing view of the city

This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

This space was clean and quiet. Our plans shifted before we got there and Trent was flexible for our check-in time and accommodated our other requests. Being able to do our laundry and cook sometimes was very convenient. I would stay here again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Great space in a perfect location. Close enough that you’re walking distance to shops and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet, private area. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect unit/amenities in a very walkable area- just as described. Really enjoyed that the kitchen had everything needed to cook. Great communication from Aaron with easy checkin/out.

Absolutely beautiful home. The host left waters in all bedrooms which was a nice touch. The backyard is the best part. Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great place to spend a few days for those who love the outdoors it’s very relaxing has some wonderful trails you can go on and when you get to the top the view is spectacular, house is superb clean and comfortable feels like home, I would definitely book it again One more thing sunset lovers, climb up the hill when sun is setting and you’ll experience one of the most beautiful sun sets ever…

Had a wonderful time at this home. Very clean and well equipped kitchen! Host was very responsive. Was overall impressed with amenities and the small things like pool towels, inflatables for the pool and all the utensils provided ! Will be back :)

I just want to take my time on my first review I have ever done because of how comfortable we were in Paul’s house. Thank you Paul you are the best host I have came across. The house was spacious enough for my family and Paul was very attentive.

We had a lovely stay at Mary's property in Sun City. Clean, open space, modern - newly renovated, with all toiletries and essentials we needed. Loved the walkout patio where we spent much time watching sunsets beyond the golf course and mountain views! We will def stay again in the future. Perfect loc for visiting Fam in the area. This house was perfect for our week long stay in Peoria. It was minutes away from where we needed to be. It was so nice having a pool that we could cool off in during the day time heat!

Catherine provides just what is said on the description: spotless and peaceful comfort. My family enjoyed reminiscing about our past trip to Hawaii amid the Pacific Island-influenced decor. Thank you for the curated care of the home for an enjoyable stay.
