The building is really safe, there is a 24/7 security. Owners are really understanding and willing to help with whatever is needed. The flat is great. The only 'uncomfortable' thing is the shower handle which is attached permanently so you can't really put water however you like, but that's a very personal preference. Overall, very positive experience!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce petit logement. Il est un peu en retrait de la rue, donc très tranquille pour Lima (et Barranco). Il y a une petite terrasse et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Très bien situé aussi, à quelques minutes de marche du centre de Barranco d'un côté et Miraflores de l'autre. Le logement est propre et le lit confortable (relativement ferme). Il y a certains petits détails qui pourraient être rénovés dans le logement, mais rien qui nous a déplu. Le personnel à l'entrée de l'édifice est très accueillant, ils nous ont aidé avec nos baggages et on s'est senti très en sécurité. L'arrivée était très facile aussi et ils nous ont même permis de laisser nos baggages à l'entrée avant l'heure du check in, ce qui nous a permis d'aller luncher sans nos valises avant d'entrer dans le logement.

Todo muy bueno. Muy céntrico, cerca a los principales restaurantes y bares en Miraflores. El lugar muy cómodo, perfecto para pasar una buena estadía por la zona. Atención por parte del anfitrión excelente, información clara desde un inicio. Recomendado

Excelente ubicación del airbnb, si vas en modo viajero y con ganas de conocer la vida nocturna de Lima es el sitio ideal, Jaime fue muy amable al recibirnos y estuvo en constante comunicación, mi hermano y yo lo recomendamos ampliamente!

Le logement est spacieux, très agréable et très bien situé, proche des commerces et de la promenade le long de l'océan. Les hôtes se sont montrés très réactifs et accueillants. Malgré le fait que nous ayons eu la malchance d'avoir deux coupures d'eau indépendantes de la volonté de nos hôtes, notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous loft in Barranco, Lima. The hosts were truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The loft itself is such a beautiful space, filled with character. It’s bright and airy, with so many windows and doors letting in natural light and fresh air- you really feel like you can breathe here. Whenever we needed anything, Matthais, dulce and Diego were always available to help out. The sleeping arrangement was also super cute, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. The whole place has an artsy charm to it that makes you feel inspired and at home at the same time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful stay in one of Lima’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

Considero que con mi familia y amigos regresaremos. ha sido un buen tiempo, todo muy ordenado y siempre pendientes. El lugar perfecto.

The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.

El lugar era precioso, moderno y súper cómodo. Estaba impecable, y tiene fácil acceso tanto a Miraflores como a Barranco. Tenia todas las cosas que se podían necesitar, como las cosas de limpieza, lavarropas, cafetera y microondas, que aunque algunos no los usamos, cuando uno está viajando son súper útiles. Volveríamos totalmente.

Appartamento che rispecchia esattamente quanto scritto. Teresa Host reattiva e sempre presente. Vista Oceano, come descritto. Area nei dintorni comoda, per spostarsi camminando o in auto.

Minha estadia foi excelente! Zaamira foi extremamente gentil e prestativa desde o primeiro contato, sempre pronta para ajudar com qualquer dúvida ou necessidade. O espaço é ótimo, bem cuidado, confortável e exatamente como nas fotos. Recomendo fortemente e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

Muy buena atención, recepción, ubicación, comidad al 100% puedes salir y entrar las 24 horas del día por si sales a cenar o a algún bar cercano, la piscina y el jacuzzi le dan un plus a la estadía con una buena vista y el sol limpio que alegra el día, cerca para ir a la playa, cuenta con todo en el dpto, cama grande, 2 tvs Smart grandes, cocina equipada, refrigerador y el Omar siempre atento a cualquier duda o consulta, definitivamente me volvieria a quedar ahí, recomendado. 🙌

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.
