On a slight slope and not far from the city of Lucerne, you can look out from the 2nd top apartment in the evening at the sea of lights below and during the day at Lucerne's local mountain Pilatus and Malters LU Zentrum. Located in the middle of Switzerland, you can enjoy both city and country, in a safe environment. With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

Der grosse Aussenbereich kann mitbenutzt werden. Die südliche Ausrichtung der Wohnung besticht mit ihrer wunderbaren Besonnung. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig. Die Ausstattung inkl. Bettinhalt ist neu angeschafft worden.

Sursee can be reached in 3 minutes by bus, Lucerne in 20 minutes by train. Engelberg, Pilatus, Rigi as well as Zurich, Bern and Basel are approx. 50 minutes by car/train. The studio offers a box spring bed, kitchen, Wi-Fi, bathroom, private entrance, parking and two SUPs. Right behind the house begins a walk into the countryside.

Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

The bus stop is right next to the house. There is one free parking space. It is about a 10-minute walk from the old town of Sursee, with its many restaurants. The lake is about a 15-minute walk away. This unique accommodation offers plenty of space and a good mood. The style blends modern and retro.

In a granary over 300 years old, we offer a nostalgic vacation rental. The vacation home is located in the midst of the beautiful nature of the canton of Lucerne and offers a breathtaking view of the Pilatus mountain range. The city of Lucerne can be reached in 30 minutes by car. A beautiful viewpoint and a wooded area are just a 5-minute walk away. The vacation home is only habitable in the months of May - October.
