The farmhouse is located in the sunny hamlet of Mont, part of the municipality of Vals. The journey is via a 3 km long natural road from Lunschania, about 5 km before Vals.

With around 245 m² of indoor space, a garden, grill area, sauna and hot tub, it offers everything needed for a relaxing and convivial stay. The valley is perfect for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, climbing, cycling, and discovering mountain huts, rivers, alpine lakes and local farms.

Beautiful and cozy apartment on the top floor directly on the ski slope. Fantastic mountain and village views. Spacious living room with fireplace and dining table. New kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower cabin and the third has a large bathtub. Ski room and laundry room for common use in the house. 2 parking spaces in the garage.

A place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Maiensäss REFUGI in Con Sut / Val Sumvitg for rent on a weekly basis. The Maiensäss can be reached by car up to about 500 m. (Driving permit must be obtained.) From the hamlet of Val it is about 45-minute walk away. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The Maiensäss can be rented weekly. Individual requests are also possible.
